Ordered a six meat pizza and when I got home the pizza was old and cold called and let them know about the pizza and they told me that they would let the owner call me back. Never received a call, so I called back and was told that Christina the owner would call me back. When she called she was very rude and told me that they would not be replacing my order and that I was not telling the truth about the pizza. That she looked at the camera and said that her crew did what they were supposed to do she said that the pizza sat in the warmer for six minutes. Now honestly it wasn’t about the money. I feel like I should have gotten what I paid for. I will never recommend simple Simon’s of Prague Oklahoma to anyone. Given the fact that there are very limited places to eat here. I would rather drive 30 minutes somewhere else then to eat there again. Congratulations Christina you just lost another customer

The food was pretty good for a pizza buffet even after being out for a while. The service was also good. My only complaint is it was quite, uncomfortably quiet for a pizza place. We went around 1 and there was no one there besides the staff. But overall still good.

Keep ordering same pizza and keeps getting messed up. Manager makes excuses that it’s teenagers and high turn around job. Not hard to make pizza. Thr job prints out. Pizza has been ordered online and over phone and they still mess up 3 cheese and mushrooms. Find ppl that will comit and don’t make excuses for employees not making cuts. Take it out of their pay and maybe they will learn

I went for the Sunday buffet, and there just wasn’t any choice for pizza. One item was dried out, but was there for the entire time I ate. The salad bar has plenty of choice. Need to focus adequate time on customers in the restaurant as well as pick up or drive through.

Can not beat the service here. I have been to this location several times. No other place has a crew been so accommodating. I usually order the buffet… each time the crew has offered to put out a pizza or something that I would like, which is very much appreciated.

What food was available was good. 3 of us went for the lunch buffet at noon. In 45 minutes they put 2 medium pizzas out for the buffet. There were at least 6 other people with the buffet who were not able to get anything while we there. Leaves a little bit of a bad taste in your mouth.

Had a really good experience at this Simple Simon’s pizza ! The people were so friendly and kind the food was great and a great value. They don’t over sauce their pizzas I hate a pizza where all you taste is sauce something is lost by that! you lose all the rest of the flavors that the other ingredients give you we had the buffet for lunch it’s a happening place to go clean and family oriented I will go back time and time again

Salad bar was , is great but they no longer have honey mustard dressing . Drinks were great , especially the State Fair lemonade on the dispensing machine . Pizza was so so , especially since none was oven fresh at the time . Only about 1245, and pizza appeared to have been out long enough to start curling , getting hard from sitting , regardless if I was only one in dining room , they still could had a fresh pizza or calazone out . Just not fresh ……
