And this simple Simon’s made the absolute best looking and tasting calzone we’ve ever seen!!! Whoever is in charge of the preparation and the cooking for these needs to be the one in charge of doing it across the entire world. Pizza cold, iceberg salad not good, the whole salad bar could of been more fresh, alot of dirty tables and the workers sitting down on the floor by the drive thru window not very professional. All could of been better. And there was no pizza with chicken or chicken wings.

Took my disable wife in to eat. She sit down and I paid for both of us. I got two plates from the buffet and I been in this place several time before with no problem. This girl came up to me and said you can only have one plate a time time. I explained to her I was getting one for my disabled wife when she
said , she did not care. I ask to talk to her boss she refused and walked off. I set my two plates.at the cashier and said I need a refund and I would like to talk to your boss. He was nice got his boss on the phone talk to her. One problem she never talk to the employee. I felt very violated along with my disabled wife. I will be filing a lawsuit for discrimination deframation of Carter and public embersment. This is a shame you let people treat customers this way. You have to remember if you let.your employees treat customer like this it will also fall back on the business. I own a law firm. I never felt so mad and disappointed in an local oklahoma business.

I put in an online order and was told the time to pick it up and when I got there to pick it up the manager at the window told me that they had forgotten to make one of my pizzas. I did not have time to wait on it so I asked her if they could deliver it and I could take the ones that they made.
She said they didn’t deliver. I then said I need something to compensate this like a free soda and she said she couldn’t do that…
She went and got me a coupon for free cheese stix.
She did apologize… Poorly managed!

Bad service. Walked in at 8:10 to order a pizza to go. They close at 9. The guy in the back looked right at us and said nothing; went back to filling bottles. The girl in the front was hanging out the drive through window flirting with someone and never looked up to see us. We stood there for 10 minutes, and no one said a word to us so we left a went to get Papa John’s. It’s too bad, the pizza is good, but I’ve never had a positive experience here.

Simple Simons provided food for an event at my workplace today. IT WAS FANTASTIC! We had 5 large pizzas with cheese sticks AND cinnamon sticks. So delicious ❤

Food was good but they forgot to make our pizza. After waiting 40 mins we had to go back up and see how long was left when we where told 15 mins. An hour after we got here we finally got our pizza. The guy that served us was nice and apologize for the wait. I also got the all you can eat salad bar and I got a little more salad just to get back to our table and not eat it do to the plate being dirty. To top it off we where the only people in the restaurant.

Called and made a online order. Arrived to pickup and decided to go in. First the nice gentleman at the register took my name for the call in order he had a little difficult time finding the order and plus he was having a bad sniffles and runny nose. In between wiping his nose on his sleeve and back of hands found my order and took my money. I waited inside and watched him take a drive through order still wiping his nose on his sleeve and back of hand. Then handing orders and handling money. After finishing the drive through He decided to go make pizzas and never washing his hands. Saw him lay the crust in the pan, put the sauce on and grab with his unwashed hands with the extra liquid from his nose and put a big hand of cheese on the pizza and one by one pepperonis on the pizza. I caught a lady’s attention telling her what he did and she yells out “ did you not wash your hands after you touched your runny nose” he still did not go wash them. That will be my last.

Staff is friendly. Clean facilities the salad bar was fresh and full. The wait time was very reasonable. The calizone was very tasty. The supreme pizza was very tasty as well. We will be back in the future.
