I had a perfect experience getting a pizza delivered to my house tonight and wanted to express my appreciation. Our delivery driver was Sandra and she was very polite and friendly. The food was way earlier than expected and arrived hot and fresh! I got a calzone and the club sandwich. The calzone was the size of a football so there was quite a bit left over, I wish I thought to take a picture but it was devoured upon arrival. Will be going back soon. I hope the store lets Sandra know how awesome she is.

We were charged 4 times for pizza by the Ai service and never received a pizza. We spoke to the owner in the Grove location and he definitely put in the effort for us to get a refund from the 3rd party Ai..very good customer service!

Food was hot and fresh. I had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and a 10 item pizza. The chicken bacon was good however of they had spinach it would make it much better. Great staff who cares about food quality

If your feeling pizza this is the place to get it from beats dominos and Pizza Hut by farrrrr! The service is great when the man with a beard I believe he’s the owner or maybe like a GM but if he’s there it’s a 10/10 if he’s not there I’d still give it 9.3 great place to get your pizza craving needs!

Got the beast and two orders of cheesey bread. The beast was bigger than expected which was awesome and the bread sticks were good.
Bad part I ordered it for the a Super bowl party and was supposed to be ready at 5 because the kickoff was at 5:30, well I got there at 5 but didn’t make it to the party in time for kick off, which was ok but after all the wait the pizza was cold! and I mean cold cold!
I only live by the hospital so for a $90 cold pizza was a little disappointing…

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. Period. It doesn’t tell you but it comes door dash, and you can’t leave a tip on the order screen. So the Delivery driver isn’t getting a tip, that is why your order is taking so long. Simple Simon’s is not delivering you pizza. Pickup is fine, always hot, fresh and on time, but do yourself a favor, and don’t do delivery. We got cold nasty pizza after waiting 2 hours, eta was supposed to be 45 minutes.
