Sunday afternoon, only one other customer in store. Took more than half an hour to bring a pizza and a calizone. I understand delays can happen if under-staffed, but an apology for the delay would have been nice. The person who finally brought it to our table didn’t seem to care that the order was late. Certainly seems like a management and training issue.

We placed an order for Stromboli to go. We have ordered from this Simple Simon’s several times before. This time our food was overcooked and the crust was hard to bite and chew. Great place, great food, great people and an incredible value! Payed $5 per kid and $9 per adult for an all you can eat pizza and breadstick buffet. the staff are incredibly kind and talented. they were very willing to help me out with anything I needed and obviously the pizza was delicious with a nice warm crunchy crispy crust that was soft in the middle. my two year old loved the sauce, rich flavor, and savory meat on their supreme! I encourage anyone in pawhuska to try them !

Workers need to slow down and double check orders. I made an online order, got there between 25-30 minutes, as the app told me it would be ready in 30. I was told it would be another 5-10minutes when I got into the drive through, and I was perfectly okay with that. I pulled off and waited 10 minutes before pulling in again. Didn’t think twice about taking it straight home without checking it. Got home, and the cinnamon sticks I ordered were burnt. And then I started checking the rest, just to realize that the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza I had had pickles. PICKLES. Then it dawned on me that they gave me a Hamburger pizza. I didn’t want a hamburger pizza. If I wanted a hamburger, I would have went to my own work and made myself an actual burger. I was really, really wanting the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the cinnamon sticks. I had been cleaning all day, was tired and didn’t wanna cook. I also didn’t want to get back up and drive all the way back to complain at the window, so I sucked it up and ate it anyways. Not a fan. Posted to the facebook page simply asking them to have their employees slow down, as I’d have rather waited an extra 15 minutes for the correct order and unburnt dessert, but apparently they deleted it. So now it’s a review.
