Pizza was okay, over-priced and not worth it. The salad on the salad bar was disgusting. A ton of carrot and cabbage with a tiny bit of browning lettuce thrown in. Worker was eating most of the time we were there, didnt was her hands, just went back and forth from eating to the register.

This place used to be good. Now they suck. Ordered 2 large,1 with thin crust one hand tossed. Neither were large and no thin crust. Won’t answer the phone to tell them,they know it’s wrong. Used to get club sandwiches but had to stop that after they messed two up. Do better or loose all your business.

This simple Simon’s used to be good a few years ago. It’s slowly but surely gone downhill since then. We noticed that everytime we ordered the same meal deals the price would be different everytime we went in. Sometimes we’d pay close to $60 and other times we’d only pay $30 for the exact same things. As far as the food goes, it’s gotten worse and worse over the years. We’ve had pizzas that were still doughy, pizzas that weren’t even cut, and the current staff does not know how to make a thin crust pizza. The thin crust is more like an original crust. The calzone taste horrible due to the crust still being doughy and there not being enough alpine sauce. The pepperoni pizza has a weird taste to it as if it’s old pepperonis.
As far as the staff goes. It’s kinda gross having the guy that makes the pizzas come up to the register with his dirty gloves on, in which he’s takes your money then goes back to the back and continues making more pizzas. As bad as it sounds, some of the staff looked like they were high as a kite.

My buddy told me to give this place another chance and I’m glad I did. Last time I went in months ago employees were rude, and just sitting around. This time the Employees were actually working, they were nice and attentive. Brandi and and cadince were very friendly, and Brandi would check on me to see if I needed a refill or anything and asking if everything was OK. There was someone else working in the kitchen but i never caught their name.The place definitely got cleaned finally. Last time I went in it was nasty. Glad my buddy said to give it another go.

The food is good the Afternoon/night crew are nice & service is great. Idk abt morning crew herd it’s not quiet as good some days but all together I get treated great by the adult workers. Yes there is some young kids that work there that are not always doing there job but they are young & will learn a better work ethic as they get trained. I recommend eating here. I do all the time.
