My last order was like an episode of kitchen nightmares. Both my alpine sticks and stuffed crust pizza were so undercooked I only ate one slice.and tossed it. I wouldn’t have fed that to my dog and I paid 40$ For a pizza that was disgusting and isn’t even a little ceasars quality. Me and my family will never be coming back. Have not had a good experience here ever. Someone needs to open a new pizza place

Very dirty, pizza not that great, salad bar had rotten in each area. Short staffed usually. Don’t put a kid in highchair unless you clean it! The young girls where trying to keep up.

Arrived a little early for lunch buffet so no pizza was quite ready. When it did come out, it was obviously fresh but had limited options. Thankfully the salad bar was stocked. Will visit again but definitely not as early.

I ordered online and I got there 20 minutes after I ordered and for the second time I still had to wait another 25 minutes! No apologies no nothing! It’s ridiculous!
Once again, waited for 20 minutes after ordering to pick up my pizza…when I get there I’m told it’ll be another 15 minutes!!!! Unbelievable!!! Is there ANYBODY that takes responsibility for this place??? Does it even have a manager??? I see absolutely no responses to ANY reviews!! I had completely stopped ordering from here for this reason, never again!!!

Online ordering has been down for months. Normally when I call in to order mistakes are made. The prices are also more expensive when you order on the phones versus online.

Stopped in for dinner on our way through town. The food was delicious! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a half and half pizza due to a picky eater. Got half 6 meat pizza and half 3 cheese pizza and it was loaded! Lobby is open. Great place for a family dinner.

Good pizza when the dough is rolled that day.. (fresh) Most of the time we get dough that’s has been placed in the freezer till it rises and falls.. it doesn’t bake right after that and is flat!! Also thin crust is now thick crust taken out the pan and rolled into another?
We still love SSP so we eat here! Just a gamble on fresh dough or not 2 star.

Great tasting fresh sandwich & calizone. Their Alpine dressing is a must with any menu item. Came on a Saturday at lunch time and was told 5-8 minute wait for what we ordered. My partner had to make it back to work on time and it took a few minutes longer, but that’s the only negative comment I have. It came out hot & delicious and he made it back it on the minute so it worked out. We’ll be back on a day they have their buffet open.
