Went on a Sunday and called ahead to make sure the place was opened due to snow. Ordered two strombolis and and two large pepperonis. Pizza was fantastic!! Service was trash. I felt like the lady was mad I came in. She stated she was trying to close by 4:30pm. If you didn’t want to be there why didn’t you just close. Little sawed off lady with glasses. Another person came in while I was waiting and must have been a regular bc the were treated well and offered cheese and peppers. I was given my pizza and rushed out the door. Will not be back to this location. Do not recommend.

Went online to order at 3pm. It showed location and I ordered. 10 min later (not good at online ordering) I placed order and was told store not open for 2 hours. Apparently delivery not available until a certain time. That is not mentioned anywhere.

So then last night I call around 8:25 order two large 1 topping pizzas and get told an outrageous amount when I call back to ask I’m told the only way you get the discount price is too ask for it now . This deal has been going for such a long time wouldn’t it be safe to assume thats why I ordered the LG 1 topping?! Or is this a way to take people for their money. Of course if you a name around the store your treated very well, so well that I had to wait an hour to get those pizzas cus at 8:55 when I was picking them up a call came in that a local church wanted 4 pepperoni pizza delivered. The cook states to give them what she’s got cooked and she’ll “make it right” So there I wait for another pizza to be cooked and at the end of this they walk out with the 4 pizzas as I get mine. What was the reasoning to make me wait…..I then had one hot pepperoni and a warm bacon. I’m very disappointed in this simple simons and wondering when they’re making it right..

Ordered 2 one topping pizzas for delivery. Its currently been 2 hours later and still no pizza. I called about 45 minutes ago and they said the delivery guy was on his way and had car trouble. Called 20 minutes ago and all they did was offer a free large pizza the NEXT time I order.

They said my carry out would be ready in 30 minutes. We got there 30 minutes later and they still hadn’t put our other pizza in. After waiting another 10 minutes, I said can I just take the one that’s ready. The girl argued with me that my pizza was almost ready. She got the type of 2nd pizza wrong twice and when I tried to tell her which type it was. She yelled at me that my “pizza is almost ready…..see it just came out”. Then she handed me two pizzas and went to talk to another employee. No Goodbye, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. My ten year old said when we were walking towards the door. Why was that lady mad at you?

Buffet was kept fresh and hot. Service was fast and friendly. Not from the area but I would eat here again. Better than most other pizza joints including The Hut.
