I feel bad for not catching the young man’s name that took our order and cook the pizza, but he did an absolutely amazing job. I think that simple Simons is one of Claremore’s hidden secrets for amazing pizza, and you absolutely have to try the calzones.

Most food items are good but every single time I have gotten anything with egg in it for breakfast there is egg shells in it. Every single time! Pizzas are good and the prices of most things are great. The customer service has always been wonderful. My only issue is the egg shells drives me crazy.

Generally the food is good and we have a generally good experience on the occasions we order from here.
Recently when I received a recent order, the cookie I ordered was not there but rather some cinnamon sticks.
I called to get it corrected and was told you were out and substituted the other.
Since when is it an acceptable business practice to change an order without the consent of the customer?
What if there was a major allergy in the family and you just sent them what they were allergic too? Maybe they had what you substituted prior and didn’t like it so they wind up paying for something they don’t like?
Simple communication prevents these issues. Even programming the order form to not allow what is out of stock to be ordered would be a great preventative.

Tonight was the first time we had this pizza due to friends recommendations. This is no other way to put it except this was the worst pizza we have ever purchased and it had burnt ends around the crust and cost $28. We will definitely marked this off our list in the future!

I always saw the picture of the calzone on the window as I drove past and wondered if it was any good (because it looked good).
Wow, they delivered (I mean not physically delivered because I went and picked it up) but wow it was incredible.
They were helpful over the phone in helping me pick which kind.
It was done in only 9 minutes, hot and fresh, not just sitting under a heat lamp all day.
The calzone itself was wonderful. We order the 6 meat. It did not disappoint. I was very pleased with my service and will have to stop by more often. (I only wish I would’ve tried this 2 years ago when we first moved to Claremore…but then again, I may weigh a little more than I currently do if I had.)

We love grabbing a pizza and calizone to go. They even have a drive-thru window now! They have the best staff , as well. Super friendly people every time. I’ve always left satisfied.

Called with a 2 large 2 topping coupon. Asked for double pepperoni. He refused. Then we just asked if they would just hold one topping. He refused, even though it would have technically saved them money. If you wanna be a douche about coupons, don’t send them out. This is the second bad experience we’ve had here. Don’t waste your time or money.
