I don’t know what Italian food ever did to your staff but seriously this was bad.
Who hacks up a calzone and Stromboli into pieces and into uneven pieces? Who hurt you? Please seek help!
I should have known the moment I opened the box and immediately took a picture of this blasphemy that this was going to be bad.
The felony of it all, the outside just toasted to the point of almost too far, yet there was some parts of uncooked dough.
I could keep going on the litany of wrong with these items but I’ll stop, just like this place should.
I’m still mad about this and it’s been 24 hours since the incident.

So i ordered a calizone cause I didn’t want to leave the house. And I shows up burnt and with no alpine sauce. Well if u guys had a actually person to talk to when I order maby u could get stuff right. How is it burnt? I mean really doesn’t the oven run itself? The BS ordering is a joke the AI yall are using is cheap. And u need to get ur wages up so u can hire real employees cause at this rate ur gonna be out of money in no time. Thanks for nothing now I have to leave and go get something to eat cause u guys can’t make a pizza right or take an order. So we todd did.

I had not been to a Simple Simons in years. I went to high school in Beggs, so no other options close.
I tried again recently, and it was actually pretty great! It’s nice that they have strombolli AND a buffet. This guy will never argue with a buffet, lol. Overall, good experience. The cashier girl was nice, the young guys working the rest of the restaurant seemed nice enough.

Highly disappointed in today’s visit. We went to have the lunch buffet. There was only a couple mostly gone pizzas when we arrived at 11:45am. We requested a pizza and a calzone be made. We waited 20 minutes for the food to be made. I also witnessed the employee eating the pepperoni while preparing the pizza for the oven. Also they had a child in the back. Very unprofessional all around. I would also like the add that other than one old man, we were the only 4 people on the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy.

Pathetic amount of toppings, especially for a specialty pizza! Can see the crust thru the cheese! Never seen anything like this. Very disappointed after a $35 order. This place used to be awesome. The regular crust cheese had a good amount of toppings. Not the other.

Was not going to post this 3rd times a charm review but as I was leaving some little boy came outside to scream “do not come back” which Is why I am posting my review, not only has it taken 10 to 20 minutes longer than stated the 3x’s I’ve ordered here since moving to Bixby 14 months ago, it’s always wrong, called tonight and was told, I am so sorry we are putting you a new one in the oven right now, doesn’t look new or have a buttery golden top and parmesan on top like the calzones you get from every other simple Simon’s that also have at least 1 adult on site to keep the children from running their business in to the ground. I will not go back. I also was not offered the refund that I was repeatedly told on the phone I would receive, I didn’t want the money back, I wanted what I ordered. I will drive to Glenpool where they know what customer service is and know how to make a calzone correctly!

We had the buffet. The salad bar was adequate, if a little lacking in options. The calzone and pizza were good, especially the cheeseburger pizza (one of the few places that actually uses a mustard base). The service was great, with the employees offering to make any combination of toppings we would like. The dessert was just alright, not gonna lie. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
