We’ve had very good pizza every time we’ve eaten there. The salad bar is well stocked too. We love the thick & chewy crust Triple Pepperoni Pizza, but also like the Supreme a lot. Other family members love the thin crust All Meat Pizza. The dining area isn’t large and can get busy when the buffet is open but they keep bringing fresh pizza out. They have a drive up window which makes getting take out pizza very easy. Highly recommend this place.

There was only 1 employee working. He was extremely rude. We asked for no mushroom beforehand but he put mushroom on our supreme anyway. We brought the pizza to him and he said we never told him no mushroom. Low and behold we did tell him, he himself wrote it on the ticket which he reread to us. He realized he was wrong and didnt apologize at all. We were on a time crunch and didn’t have time to let him remake it, so we asked for a refund. He short changed us on the refund but we didn’t have time to argue. He was very rude through out and raised his voice when we asked for a refund. Similar things are an ongoing problem, so we have started going to caseys.

The lunch buffet at this simple Simon’s is a joke. The Buffet line consisted of ONE pizza, sausage and mushroom. I was there from 11:48-12:36 and they finally brought out a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza. There were 6 of us in the restaurant so that 8 slice pizza went quick, leaving again just the one option of sausage mushroom pizza.

The pizza is good quality for sure. The lunch buffet is a joke. I will NOT eat there for lunch. Now dinner buffet on Wednesday is good. Plenty of variety, fresh food, and very friendly employees. Always clean. The only reason I did 3 star is because the lunch buffet and the employees aren’t so pleasant.

I’d like to preface this review by pointing out that I am a rather difficult person by nature. Arrived, it was dead quiet, which was perfect. The server was polite, professional, and kind as well as a good and dedicated worker. The food smelled better than any pizza has a right to smell as it came fresh from the ovens. There isn’t a better pizza place within 50 miles. If I had kids, I’d bring the little parasites here to feed them.

Ordered pizza over phone. Was told it would be done in 25 minutes.Husband went to pick it up and of course was asked to pay for it. Then after payment he waited 10 to 15 more minutes and they bought out the wrong pizza. He told them what kind it was suppose to be and had to wait again. They brought out another pizza about 25 minutes later and it was still incorrect. All of this was going on while he spoke to two patrons that had been waiting on theirs for over an hour. Even though it was the wrong kind of pizza that we ordered he went ahead and took it because it was late and didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes. Now, the only reason why I’m giving this a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because it was a Big 10 pizza and was delishes. Pizza was good but they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. It’s really sad too, because Charleston could support a good pizza place. I hope they get their act together.
