I am not from this area but come here often to camp. We have always loved our trip to Simple Simons every time we do come. The last two times we visited the owner was not working and it makes a huge difference in the food. The girl running it during the day was rude and refused to make fresh pizzas unless all the cold ones were eaten. We waited an hour for more people to show up and us and the only other couple in there from the beginning requested certain pizzas and when they were done she put on the bar and people that had just walked in got the nice hot pizzas. The owner would’ve come given us some slices before he put on the bar. Both visits one or the other of the two varieties of lettuce was old and slimy. The first time I said something and she smarted off that she’d just opened the bag so the second time I just ate the other variety. It makes me sad because I enjoyed this restaurant and I probably won’t go back.

The owner is awesome. He always personally comes by to ask if we need refills. Some buffet nights, the pizza isn’t as good as others but that’s only been when it’s slow. The price is almost unbeatable for the value.

This is our 2 time to eat here we work here out of town the 1 time was pretty good nice people this time was horrible we came in for buffet at 1230 it closes at 2 there wasn’t anything on the buffet I ask for a pizza to be made acted mad that I ask for a pizza there was no dessert on the buffet when I ask she acted like she mad I ask she was like it will be 10 min I thought to my self why isn’t there anything on there anyway its a buffet the pizza was hard as a rock it wasn’t like the 1 time u pay 50.00 to eat 4 day old tasting pizza . The icy are always good and there is one girl who is always nice but they need to work on people skills . Think this will be last time here

I have been very impressed with this place. I’m a traveling superintendent so I eat out quite a bit. Hands down the owner makes the experience worth your while, I own a hospitality business in Florida and trust me when I tell that this individual is as hospitable as they come. The food is great especially the wings, but what really sets this place apart is the owners mentality and eagerness to satisfy his customers! I enjoy this BIG little Pizza joint and I’ll give it 5 stars all day! If your in the area swing by, you won’t have to look hard for the owner nor be told whom it is…. You’ll just know. Trust me.
