This use to have good pizza but it gone downhill. Toppings are sparse the breadstick were dry with very little ingredients and the manager was not interested in a refund but wanted to charge me for making me another pizza tree. Said I was being rude, probably was out of frustration for having to repeat myself because she didn’t understand what I was saying. Order was remade

Never write reviews, but the pizza was aweful. Couldn’t taste the sauce had to look there wasn’t much, not enough to taste. I actually like little Caesar pizza better and there half the price. Hopefully my pizza was just a fluke.

I do not recommend coming to or supporting this establishment. Prices are high, the food was mediocre at best and the service was one of the worst experiences, asked to order a pizza from the buffet and was told that we were not aloud to order a pizza because we had supposedly ordered 4 pizzas and there is a 2 pizza limit per party of guests. We had a party of 10 people. We had ordered a singular pizza when we arrived. After telling them that we had only ordered one and that they must be confusing us with another party of guest were laughed at by management and cashier. Sad to see a once good business go down to this poor level of customer service.

The foods ok. It’s been getting worse every time we visit. It just has no flavor. The service is doing better but it was a huge inconvenience when they closed. And the atmosphere could be a lot better. Since the pizza buffet is gone we don’t want to ever dine in. Business seems slow all the time witch makes it seem like they’re closed all the time.

Welp 0 for 3 on last 3 trips this time instead of waiting almost an hour for my sons pizza I asked for one for me. Had to wait though for around 15 min to get him pepperoni pizza though. After almost an hour the lady finally tells me she didn’t make my pizza but it will be out any moment. Wonderful an hour later I finally get to eat something besides breadsricks and some cottage cheese. Nope nevermind because she dropped it in the floor before getting it on the bar. Yay so this is now the 3rd time we have paid for our family to eat here and not gone well at all guess $20+ for some breadsticks and cottage cheese it is then. Don’t think I will be coming back anymore because this is to much happening now a 3rd time.

Absolutely delicious! There’s even a daily (7days) lunch buffet. They have decent pricing too. The only thing that I don’t like is their use of canned mushrooms. I’m sure it’s more cost efficient but it truly lowers the taste quality.

Used to be an excellent place to eat. Can’t keep food on the buffet especially on Sunday afternoons, and was rude and claimed they were being harassed when it was mentioned to staff. Was told “your kind” aren’t welcome there. Perhaps it was just a bad day? Still, customers should never be talked to in that manner.
Food quality is good when it’s available, but customer service is not a priority.
Pricing is also increasing and sometimes varies depending on who is running the register. Sometimes you could order just the salad buffet for a discounted price and other times must pay the full amount regardless.

The lunch buffet is great. Only half the seating in the restaurant was available which did not work well with kids. The buffet was hot and fully stocked with lots of options. Bathrooms were clean.

Ok, Simple Simon is a place that you see on old TV shows, about a dinner where the town regulars hang out, the waitresses know what’s happening and actually cares how your day was.
Service was prompt, given with a smile and with care.
There was a group of regulars (10 pax) at side, a D&D game happening on the other side. You can tell a lot about a place to eat where everyone seems to be in a good mood.
If you think I am exaggerating, you want to head on over for a pizza.
Talking of pizza, it is really good quality and tasty. Definitely one of the best I have had a tons better than any franchise pizza. The crust was rich, flavorful and just the right hint of crisp. The ingredients were spectacular. We ordered a small cheese, a medium Hawaiian, medium 6meat pizza, and garlic bread.
I enjoyed all of it. (No I did not eat all of it by myself)
I told I need to try there hamburger filled pizza so it’s on my next thing to order when I go there.
Go there for a fun night out. Enjoy the family atmosphere, have great pizzas and just soak in the calmness of the place.
