I’m not sure where the 4.5 rating came from. This is not what we experienced. We weren’t greeted, when we walked up to order I asked for something to clean the table because they were all dirty. The person at the cash register looked like I had 3 heads, didn’t offer to clean and didn’t have anything to clean the tables. They went and got me some paper towels. No cleanser, just dry paper towels… really. We should have left then, shame on us we didn’t. Good thing I carry hand sanitizer and cleaned the tables with that. The pizza was not good at all. I took 1 bite, closed the box and threw it in the garbage. The rest of the family brought the wings home. My husband had to add sauce and put them in the air fryer to make them edible. Their pizza was a tad better than mine. Again brought home, had to be doctored to make it taste better. Frozen pizza would have been 100% better. The bathroom was not clean. The person that took the order sat in an office and played games on the computer and the person that was cooking disappeared. Try somewhere else if you’re in the mood for pizza.

The pizza was very good. We had takeout, and it was still nice and fresh when we got home. The cheese sticks were also good. We ordered one of the large cookies. We were disappointed with it. It was overcooked, and we feel it shouldn’t have been served.

is this the only simple simon’s location which does not have the cinnamon dessert pizza? i was so excited to have someone who sold those in lone jack but now i see it is not in the menu and they are instead just offering a giant plan cookie cake which doesnt do it for me and my fam. any word, simple simon’s??

We ordered The Beast (29 in!) to celebrate 2/22/22. It was the biggest pizza we’d ever had and it was delicious! Probably equivalent to 3 pizzas—perfect for a party. So glad we have a local pizza place here now.

My children and I visited Simple Simon’s for the first time the other day and we loved every part of our experience.
The younger gentleman (Clerk ID: 2 on 10/28/23 @12:25 pm) that served us was very welcoming, friendly, and informative. He was an absolute pleasure.
Not only did he take our order, and serve us… He made our food too! And let me not forget to mention that the pizza and wings were AMAZING! Seriously, my new favorite:)

Bought six pizzas for a fantasy football draft party. It was the first time I ordered from Simple Simons. The pizza was excellent. We got Supreme, 6 meat, Bacon and cheddar, and Pepperoni. All were excellent. Toppings were fresh and the crust was prefect. I would stack them up against anyone.
Follow up: Labor Day 2023 was are most recent draft. I ordered the usual 6 pizzas On August 30 for pickup on Labor day. Website accepted the order. Went to pickup the pizza and noticed a “Closed for Labor Day sign on the door. “Oh, Oh” I thought, this could be bad. I tried the door anyway and there was someone there who had come in just to check the refrigerator, and noticed the online order. He took the time to make the pizzas and have them ready for me. He even had to turn away some people who came in behind me as they were technically closed. Customer service was fantastic.

I got over charge on wings. It says 5.99 for a small boneless wing. And got charge 7.99. They wouldn’t fix it either. And the food was bad. The wing are in Buffalo even tho I wanted plan the bread stick was not supise to have cheese and it had like 3 pounds.

Food has been great with fast and friendly service. Kitchen staff could certainly use some hair nets as I’ve pulled 7 hairs off various parts of my pizza that are baked in and have decided to trash both pies. A pretty good waste of $40 bucks on a couple pizzas. One bad visit out of 3, still the go to pizza place in Lone Jack.

I love simple Simon pizza but I Didn’t think it was fair that I was gonna order pizza online and system was down so I came in and order it but I couldn’t get the July special. That was disappointing I think we should still be able to get the special, especially When I had to get cash which cost me Xtra money to draw out of atm. And I think they cooked my pizza too long the cheese on my pizza was like overbrown and an my specialty but the cheese on my bread sticks looked fabulous I asked for red sauce he said he didn’t have any made up so I asked would you please make me some he obliged It’ll be a while before I drive back to Lone Jack for pizza
