Found this spot looking for late night food, and so glad I did! Simon was litterally an angel, and the food was fantastic. I will dream of this elote all the way from New York, until i’m back in Sedona. Had one of each of the tacos which were also delicious!

This taco truck is truly angelic! Simon (assuming that’s the cook’s name) had such good energy—he puts his heart and soul into the food, that much is clear. They play great music and the vibes are so refreshing, you can hardly even believe you’re in a gas station parking lot! Even the hearts on the napkins add a sweet touch for date night and let you know how much love is in everything they make <3
We had dinner here two nights in a row instead of dining out while we’re visiting Sedona. The carne asada quesadillas are THAT good, and the elote is off the charts with their wide variety of hot sauces. 100/10, rave review for sure! 0:)

Never would I have imagined I’d be writing a 5 star review for food served from a truck, at a gas station, yet here I am!
Best tacos I’ve ever had! Made with love and pride! Served with a smile! Very reasonably priced. We ordered beef, chicken and pork options. There was a black bean vegetarian option, I will try next time. $5.00 for 1 taco but the price goes down if you buy more. We paid $40 for 10 tacos. I ate 2, my husband and son devoured 4 each and were STUFFED.
I highly recommend this place, just check hours before going. He doesn’t open until 8 p.m.

Google maps took us to the wrong parking lot at first. We called Simon up, and he was kind enough to answer our call in between cooking and taking orders! We found Simon’s taco truck and his tacos last night and the tacos were on point!!! Flavorful carne asada and pastor was balanced- not too sweet. Everything was fresh and the Elote was like party in your mouth! Best taco in Sedona thus far! It’s great seeing locals and visitors chatting while waiting for their orders

Amazing Tacos! Must Try in Sedona! This late-night taco truck is an absolute gem. Open from 7pm to 3am, it’s the perfect spot for a late-night snack or meal. The vendor, Simon, is incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering samples of all their meats before you even order. He truly is amazing, ensuring that every customer has a fantastic experience. We ended up trying a variety of tacos – Carne Asada (beef), Pollo (chicken), Carnitas (pork), Al Pastor (pork), and the Flaming Hot elote, which was absolutely flaming awesome! The tacos were all delicious and served piping hot. This is definitely a must-try taco spot in Sedona!

We’ve definitely reached the point where food prices are completely made up. These are the most expensive street tacos I’ve ever seen in my life at $5 each. I’m sure by the time you read this review 3 months from now they’ll be $8 each. The pricing was even more confusing because it reduces if you get more, but the price goes up if you pay with credit it card. All just a lot to have to follow.
I ordered an Al Pastor taco and I believe Carnitas though I could be wrong. The lady I ordered from encouraged me to order more than two because they’re small, but I wanted to know how they would be first.
Well the answer unfortunately was- Not great. I’m not sure which one was which honestly, but there was a cubed pork of some kind that was ok but had no real flavor (was that the Al pastor? I thought they had seasoning on them…) but the other one was just completely flavorless mystery mush. I have no idea what it was, it just was not pleasant at all.
So that’s my experience with the most expensive tacos I’ve ever ordered. More expensive does not mean better. Glad I only got two I suppose.

Best late night food around! Carne asada tacos and elote were incredible and the selection of hot sauces was out of this world. Great, friendly people running the place too. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!!
