Reviews
The service is impeccable, Charlie is so kind, Jacob the host is the nicest!!
The ambience is exquisite and you get to meander through their beautiful shop after your meal.
It’s a true Vermont experience that is unforgettable.
We definitely recommend going while there’s still daylight. The restaurant sits above a small dam and the view is so pretty. The lower level is a glassblowing facility that you can actually view while they’re working and it’s so interesting to watch. Above that is their store, selling mostly glass goods. Everything is absolutely stunning.
The food was, as remembered, phenomenal. My only criticism is that the bread was cold and I think it would have benefited from being warmed before serving. Definitely leave room for dessert!
The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I was not impressed with the drinks, however, but I like sweet drinks and there was nothing on the menu to my taste.
The lamb was very tender, and the mint jelly was a nice touch.
The pineapple cake was very good as well. I would recommend and go back again.
We recommend you to book a table and to try their cod! Don’t miss the glassware making happening downstairs.
