Simon Pearce is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Vermont, their food is exceptional, fresh, flavorful and always delicious. It’s a struggle to choose what to order because everything is so good!
The service is impeccable, Charlie is so kind, Jacob the host is the nicest!!
The ambience is exquisite and you get to meander through their beautiful shop after your meal.
It’s a true Vermont experience that is unforgettable.

My husband and I have been here twice now, the first time for dinner and the second time this weekend as a birthday celebration lunch. It’s a bit of a trek for us so it had been a while but we did remember that we’d thoroughly enjoyed our first time there and loved the food.

We definitely recommend going while there’s still daylight. The restaurant sits above a small dam and the view is so pretty. The lower level is a glassblowing facility that you can actually view while they’re working and it’s so interesting to watch. Above that is their store, selling mostly glass goods. Everything is absolutely stunning.

The food was, as remembered, phenomenal. My only criticism is that the bread was cold and I think it would have benefited from being warmed before serving. Definitely leave room for dessert!

Phenomenal atmosphere! The food was delicious!! Our waitress was super sweet as well. I also enjoyed shopping around in the retail section of the store. They also have a space downstairs where you can watch people hand blow glass. Very cool! Would definitely go back!

Definitely worth checking out the food is fantastic especially for the area. The white staff was so nice. We sat at the bar one night and then the dining room one night both were lovely experiences.

We tried going for lunch, but the restaurant asks for reservations; so we had to do one for dinner.
The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I was not impressed with the drinks, however, but I like sweet drinks and there was nothing on the menu to my taste.
The lamb was very tender, and the mint jelly was a nice touch.
The pineapple cake was very good as well. I would recommend and go back again.

Outstanding place to grab dinner. We sat at the bar and ordered 3 appetizers. The cheddar soup, cheese plate, and whipped feta. The soup and cheese plate were amazing. The whipped feta was very good, but more runny then I am accustomed to. The atmosphere and service were great. They serve their drinks and their glassware. The glasses and heavy and solid feeling. Highly recommend stopping here, if you are in the area.

We loved our experience coming to this place.

We recommend you to book a table and to try their cod! Don’t miss the glassware making happening downstairs.

Didn’t eat here but the restraunt looked very high end and elegant! The glass works are beautiful but expensive in my world. You can watch the skilled glass blowers at work and it was incredible their skill. I’m sure their work is worth the price but it’s a bit out of my price range.

Nice to go your the place and have a meal. Amazing to see the glass blowing and happens all day long which is nice. Went to the restaurant as well. Was pretty good but definitely pricey and food was good but not crazy. Overall had a good experience- nice service and great atmosphere. Enjoyed cheddar soup, calamri, and tar tar.

This was a great place to really immerse yourself into handmade glass pieces. When you walk in from the covered bridge, you walk right into the work space and can watch the pieces be made and talk with the craftsmen. Upstairs is the showroom with the finished pieces for sale. They also have “The Seconds” room for pieces that didn’t quite make it to the high standards held… but still great pieces. We did not eat at the restaurant but if the food is anything like the glass- it’s probably amazing
