The food taste stale, it is not fresh, the prices have increase and the quality you get is really bad. The lettuce and tomato they served are not fresh. I only ate the plantains and pikliz, the entire plate smells bad I had to throw the food away. I am so disappointed I wasted my money on them. I tasted the meat and I was disgusted, it is like it was cooked many days ago. Eww. Plus the customer service is not as good as it used to be. Simon Lumiere used to be good maybe 5 ot 6 months ago but now I don’t know what happened. I will never go back.

I can’t find words to explain this bad experience, the fault is mine, I should read the reviews before ordering, not only do they not send me the food I ordered, no spoon, fresh and tips are worth more than the amount of money for the food and it looks like the food is prepared days before…

Never knew about the place until I found them on Google and found out they delivered. I called in and it was so busy but the young lady still took her to me to explain to me what was on the menu and put in my order. She put me on hold a few times but it was fine. She always came back and reassured me it would only be a few moments. After she put me on hold one last time she came back and apologized about how busy it was and put me on the phone with a gentleman who politely helped me and processed my order. I received my order in a timely fashion and everything was great. I will be ordering from here all the time.

Just bought a bouillon like right now. It tasted like it’s spoiled. I feel like vomiting. They put 3 big bare bones in it , no meat whatsoever, and 3 pieces of bad yams. Never again Simon Lumière!!!! The food used to taste good. I’m a true and authentic haitian born and raised. That was the worse bouillon and worse food presentation ever. You guys used to have a phone #, Not anymore. American restaurants have a number that people can call to compliment or complain. Never again!! I’ll stick with Randy’s!!! They were unavailable on Uber today. That’s why!!!!

This is the worst place to go eat at or order from they have bad service . I placed an order to day special legume and I was charged for beef and pate. First I called the lady said there there no patty I told her they charged me for it . She offered me soda or water for a replacement I told her it’s okay not to worry about it . So when I got my food it’s was dry turkey one piece with no meat. I called them back she got on the phone she was saying “okay okay” to everything I said and hung up in my face . The third time I called I was upset I explain to them that’s not what I order and she hung up I asked them to come get the food or refund me . The lady was like so what we give you turkey instead of beef we don’t have beef. I explain to her if there wasn’t beef I should of been told that not just give what y’all feel the food is not in the trash cause I don’t eat turkey . They hung up and told me stop calling they store . I am never order from that place again evetone save your money and time these people are rude and don’t know how to run a restaurant .

Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. I ordered one of their pikliz jar which is rather expensive and found a roach in the jar. Absolutely disgusting of an establishment and who wonders what the kitchen and storage really looks like out of view. Never eating here again. STAY AWAY.

This was the worse dining experience while I vacationed in Miami. I wanted authentic Haitian food but when I got there and started ordering I was informed that they had no rice, goat, or vegetables.The ladies were very rude especially one of the loud mouth workers behind the counter who started yelling in creole and French. The waitress noticed my expression and asked me if I understood what the lady had said I informed her that I did because I was married to a Haitian. Of course me and my friend cancelled our order and left! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not order from this place, They like to post food online that’s not even ready yet. I Order legume thru Uber eat and the driver waited for an hour for the legume and the restaurant called me and told me it was going to take only 10 minutes. The driver waited and waited finally Uber freeze the money and cancelled the order.I order somewhere else from an Italian restaurant because I was really wanted to eat something and I was at work. I called the restaurant, Simon lumbered, mind you it was only 1:30 pm I spoke with the manager there she agreed she will give me a pate in exchange to keel customer service. I said okay when I get off work 6:30 I will come pick it up. She said okay I will wait for you at 6:30 pm I was in front of the restaurant cause I work not even 2 minutes away, but when I ask for the pate, everyone looked so lost and the manager was not even there. I will never order from there anymore. Ever. I’ve order a few times before and sometimes when they don’t have something they usually cancelled it but this time they try to make me wake while the cook? Why? Is it because they can tell by my last name that I’m Haitian? They don’t know how to do business. Never again.
