I’m vegan; hubby’s omnivore. Loved the attentive service, stunning flavors, excellent menu selections. We shared fresh, bright avocado spring rolls; crispy lemongrass tofu/noodle/dish and beef pho. Simmer makes the best of a strip mall location with a pretty, unpretentious environment. We’ll be back for sure.

This was our first time here and it was FANTASTICALLY GOOD!!!!! 5 stars!!!! The Veggie Pho with mushroom veggie broth was soooooo filling. I’m definitely coming back here again. Its worth the drive from Healdsburg.

Nicely done spring rolls, vertically presented. Avocado was an interesting touch, but would recommend adding mint. Pot sticker sauce worked well on the rolls, as an acidic alternative to the standard peanut sauce, which was also good.
