I had an incredible dining experience here on a Tuesday evening in November.
️ The Food: Top-Tier Quality
I ordered the Steak and Lobster with a side of Sweet Potato Fries, and every aspect of the meal was top tier.
Steak: Rich, savory, and cooked beautifully.
Lobster: Cooked to absolute perfection—sweet, tender, succulent, and perfectly buttery.
Sides: The sweet potato fries, potatoes, corn cob, and fresh vegetables were excellent complements to the main course.
The flavors, aroma, texture, and appearance of the entire meal were outstanding.
✨ Atmosphere and Logistics
I loved the entire feel of the restaurant. The modern look and aesthetics created a fantastic vibe.
Reservations: We walked in on a Tuesday evening and did not need reservations.
Parking: Ample parking was available, which made the visit stress-free.
Highly recommend this restaurant for amazing food and a great atmosphere!
They had a bit to choose from, but it wasn’t too difficult to decide. I obviously went for a seafood boil.
The only item I felt was overpriced was the Thai tea.
Aside from that, I did enjoy the food.
The overall quality of the food hasn’t changed much, so I’m not sure if this was just a happy hour issue, or simply an off day. I did wonder whether the lower happy hour pricing might affect ingredient freshness—but that’s only a question, not a conclusion.
I still really like this place and continue to support it. That said, whenever I hear comments about seafood “not always being fresh,” it naturally raises a bit of concern. Hopefully this was just a one-time experience, because I’ve always enjoyed coming here and would love to keep it that way.
Because we are over an hour away, I had called to ask if we would still be seating based on our arrival time. They said yes, so we made the trip. Upon arrival we were advised they were no longer seating. I had explained that my son was leaving, this was his only request, and we made the trip because we were told we could still be seated. The manager was so kind. She told us that she apologized for any miscommunication and they could still eat.
I didn’t get photos of their appetizers because young boys/men eat like food is going out of style. But I did take some of their meals. My son said he wasn’t sure what the sauce was, he took whatever was recommended to him and I think it was a house sauce, maybe a Simmer Sauce. Whatever it was, he said it was the best ever.
I was so grateful they served my boys, I started helping clean the other tables while my kids ate. lol I know we were the last customers and was so thankful to them for giving my boy this moment, it meant more than you’ll ever know because the next day, I was dropping him off and without you guys, he wouldn’t have had an amazing last meal of his request. Thanks for giving us great memories to hold onto. I will definitely bring him back someday to celebrate his accomplishments and show our appreciation to you all for giving us this night together.
