Incredible family operated food truck. Have to try the steak tacos made with hand made flour tortillas and stuffed with a flavorful steak combination. Loved the addition of lime wedges to squeeze over your fresh tacos that also helps balance the flavors if you order the HOT sauce. Can’t wait to try the tamales since they get plenty of praise and hype!

This Silvia’s Kitchen food truck is phenomenal. I had 3 AL Pastor tacos.
The tortillas are hand made by them, no packaged stuff here.
Not super fast because it’s freshly made quality food.
The highest compliment I could make is to say Sylvia’s Kitchen is up there with or better than Southern California taco trucks.
I highly recommend and will be back multiple times when I return to West Memphis, Arkansas. I would drive from Memphis, Tennessee just to eat Sylvia’s.

I visited this food truck yesterday at Richland school. THEE WORST TACOS IVE EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE! I ordered 3 tacos, chicken, steak, pork. The meat tasted like pure DOG Food. The chicken was shredded from a can the other meats was not even feasible. The shells are regular shells u buy anywhere and thick. I will never stop here again. RUNNNN

I decided to try this truck out at the local fair and I’m so glad that I did! The menu was easily legible and the service was wonderful and welcoming. Nice homemade authentic LOVE! I’ll definitely be on the look out for it more often and highly recommend! Side note, this truck offered seating to the side with tables! Never have I seen that before. The owners are the sweetest.

This food truck is great! Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience and their food is even better! It’s a must try whether you’re looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They are friendly and will explain their menu to you without even asking, so if you don’t know what you want or what you want to try, they will point you in the right direction (you can’t go wrong). Hands down, best tacos on this side of the Mississippi!

I got the huevos con chorizo, manchaca, and salchichon and they were all AMAZING! The red salsa is perfect for those who want some real spice kick, green is still amazing though. Will definitely be returning!!!
