We came here on a Saturday around 5:15 as a group of 3. When we arrived, there was plenty of seating and I appreciated having the option of a table vs a booth. We went with a booth and there was a little wear on the seat, but overall comfortable.
Our waitress was very sweet and patient as we looked over the menu. I ordered the Gyro Sandwich with chicken, fries and a side of ranch. The sandwich was average and I do wish there was more tzatziki sauce throughout. The chicken was on the drier side. I enjoyed the fries and their ranch. I also had a sweet tea and it was in the middle of what I would expect out of a sweet tea. My husband ordered a steak Stromboli and thought it was good. We ordered a cheese burger and fries for my son and it was what you would expect out of a kids meal.
At the end, we were pleased with the affordability of the food and I would be open to come back and try other menu items

This place was nice and the food was homemade. I didn’t give it 5 stars for a couple small reasons. Our waitress was very attentive but like to talk and shared a few too many personal statues while we were trying to eat. Also, you have to take your own bill up to the cash register. Like I said, the food was good and homemade but a few little shortcuts were taken… the garlic bread was just white hamburger buns that were buttered and toasted. The eggplant parmigiana was good but they just laid a few very thin slices of fried eggplant on top of the spaghetti which didn’t really make that yummy layer experience that eggplant parmigiana usually gives you. The fried mushrooms were homemade and delicious. But the portion was a little small for the price. The atmosphere was nice but was pretty basic. It is just a big room with tables and booths – nothing to break up the space or the noise. All in all, it was good, but would I go back – probably not- there are other options out there that add a little more pizzazz or things that make you want to come back time and time again. The crowd seemed to be mostly older people and I’m sure they like the no fuss home style atmosphere.

My husband went in to place a to-go order with his friend. When his friend attempted to pay, he was told they don’t accept tap-to-pay with a phone, only physical cards. My husband then said he would pay for everything. The employee appeared frustrated, and after he gave the first order, she immediately stated the total before he had a chance to list the additional two orders. He politely said, “I have two more orders.” She responded, “So this is all going to be together?” He confirmed that it was. At that point, she rolled her eyes and loudly called to the kitchen, “THIS IS ALL GOING IN ONE BAG! It’s one order!” My husband paid and chose not to respond further. The restaurant was not particularly busy, so we’re unsure what prompted that reaction. Not to mention, our entire order was messed up—a to-go order for four people. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, especially when they are being polite.

The breakfast was phenomenal! I had the tenderloin, two eggs over medium, and hash browns with a fluffy biscuit and gravy. Everything was perfect . The server was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning to try out their lunch and dinner options.

Had lunch with friends I ordered a hamburger off the senior menu when the waitress brought the food out. My burger had cheese on it. She took it back, and as she was approaching the kitchen, she said who orders a cheeseburger without the cheese!!! another waitress brings my burger back to The table and proceeds to tell me how to order a burger off of their menu without cheese… very condescending!!! . I ordered my burger with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The bun Was hard as a brick! But I ate The burger with the salad on top no bun !!
When I Received my check it was listed as a cheeseburger and the lettuce tomato and onion was charged as $.50 each so my $6.95 senior burger turned into $10.44 in addition to the service fee that was charged and I ordered water!! needless to say my friends and I will not be going back there !! And that’s too bad because that was one of our favorite places to go … hence the reason why there wasn’t that many people there at lunch time .. very bad beez knees !!!

We have been visiting this restaurant for approximately 8-10 years. The food is always good. I would have to say that I was not pleased with the kitchen’s unwillingness to switch a side salad to a large salad on my big fat Greek plate. We were charged $2.50 for 1 piece of pita bread and my 10 year old asked if they had bacon bits, the server brought him crumbled bacon and charged an additional $2. The restaurant was dead, not how I remember it. We still enjoyed it, but from now on we will ask if anything has an up charge. Oddly enough I would have happily paid extra for a large salad. But I was only offered an additional side salad for $8.95

Waitress was friendly & efficient. I had the lasagna special for Friday at just $10.99. The sauce was good & there was plenty of beef. Crisp, fresh salad too. Will definitely return!

Folks have told us they love this place but our experience was different. Our time was colored by a lack of care. I had to track our server down in the kitchen to ask for napkins, after food had been delivered. Then she came to the table and asked if we needed napkins because had spilled something? The salad looked like it was slung on the plate. The “garlic bread” that came with my chicken Parm was a sub bun cut in half and baked. The spaghetti noodles had been sitting in water way too long. My wife got the Big Fat Greek Plate and her chicken was so overcooked it had feathered. We never did get our ticket so we just had to go to the counter to pay. The food seemed more institutional and coupled with a lack of service, we probably won’t be back. I pray their management will inspire some pride in their restaurant again.
