I ordered a family meal to go, I got the rotisserie chicken with the rice, spicy cabbage, and plantains. Also the meal comes with sodas and sauces. The chicken was good and seasoned and cooked well. The rice was good nothing special. The plantains were okay. Idk why but I got the spicy cabbage, it was not spicy but it was good. Sauce here is banging. Over all a family meal for under $30 with drinks, real food can’t beat that. Steak and cheese is good too. The chicken and shrimp burrito is also a must try, my tortilla wrap was a little dry but I just trimmed the edges. Quick service also. Employees were awesome.I will definitely stop by when I want some rotisserie chicken.

The food is consistently good at Silvestre’s, and I love the mixed fajita! I have one suggestion though. If your customers spend more than thirty dollars for their food, you should give them some free sauces. You all nickel and dime on everything, and eventually people get tired of supporting that practice. Please consider a reward incentive for your consistent patrons.

The food tastes fine, but the papusas are missing the curtido and salsa, the fajita platter didn’t come with any tortillas, and there is no dressing for the salad. Next time, I will definitely check my order throroughly before leaving.

The Fries are not fresh and sandwiches have a small amount of meat. I saw the lady take fries out of a big pot that were already cooked done and take them to the fryer and recooked them. The steak and cheese only had meat in the center with lettuce piled high through the bread. This is the second time I received stale fries and soggy string beans. I will not be returning. A meal for two was about $30. Pretty standard, considering a rotisserie chicken will usually go for $10 at any grocery store, and frying yuca yourself would be a pain.
Chicken: well seasoned but a little dry
Yuca: average, not spectacular
Rice: didn’t taste freshly made, but tasted bomb when mixed with beans
Sauce: bomb the spicy red has just enough kick to it

The young guy at the front is very rude. I ordered my food before coming to the establishment. When I got to the store and walked up to the counter I gave the young man my order number he rung me up and said my food wasn’t ready yet. I said are the fries hot his response was why wouldn’t the fries be hot, i’m think ing to myself um maybe its because I received cold fries from you guys before. My food was sitting on the counter. He let me stand there for atleast 10 minutes with my food sitting on the counter. When I brought this to his attention he caught an attitude and blew me off. Ofcourse I requested a refund. Unacceptable. This is the second time this has happened at this store. Don’t have to worry about me anymore and I will be calling corporate on Monday morning. Unbelievable I’m still heated!!
