We have ten years in the food industry and have decided to put those years into starting a restaurant of our own so that we can share our amazing flavors with everyone. Silverpeak Grill is an absolute gem in Aspen! We got to chatting with the owner on a chairlift earlier in the day. He was so genuinely friendly and down-to-earth that we decided to check out his restaurant after our runs, and I am so glad we did. It is incredibly rare to find such delicious, high-quality food at truly affordable prices right in town. The Mexi-Cali menu is packed with fresh ingredients, the service is fast, and the vibe is perfectly casual. If you want a great meal and true local hospitality, this is the spot. Five stars!

Great food for even better prices, especially for Aspen! We had the Cobb Salad with Salmon and the Chicken Tacos. Generous portion sizes and could not compliment the service enough – the young guy working there was an absolute delight and even gave us some chicken for our puppy! ❤️ Will definitely return next time we’re in town.

The food was absolutely terrible but I was starving so it is what it is. I got the california steak burrito. Who puts french fries in the burrito??? We are not in Pittsburgh this is not Primanti’s. The fries were filler for a mediocre, bland burrito. Meat was dry and chewy. The tortilla soup was just water and they put an actual tortilla on the side. My friends ‘fish’ looked absolutely awful; it was 3 fishsticks on bread. I can’t believe this place had such a high rating, but you are in Aspen where the options are slim if you’re not trying to pay $50+ per meal.

It’s hard to find a restaurant in Aspen that has reasonable prices (for Aspen), great food, and great customer service. Silverpeak Grill has all three. Their wraps are great. Also try out their made in house spicy ketchup and spicy ranch/mayo. So good!

We found them at a time where a lot of our usual places were closed. We were looking for healthy meal that wouldn’t bankrupt you. They offer sandwiches, bowls and plates as well as salads and some drinks. We got a sandwich with carne asada which was definately healthy but with no taste. Friends got bowls and they didn’t enjoy them either. The ingredients were just put together. Not really any work on them.

an Aspen local and eat here every other day. The restaurant’s owner really cares about the quality and freshness of the ingredients. They serve wild caught salmon and wahoo fish My personal favorites (I’m a vegetarian) are the kale quinoa salad (amazing), the Pandora bowl (skip the egg, it’s better without it and add beans for protein), the fish/shrimp tacos, the sweet potato fries, and the veggie pita sandwich. My husband likes the burgers a lot. The portions are huge. There is a kids menu available too. The Hana fish wrap is one of the best meals I’ve ever had (order it without rice, it’s much better).
They serve wine and beer – a good place for quick dinner (they close at 8pm) if you want something casual that won’t break the bank.

My family visited Aspen for the day and we wanted to go somewhere good but that didn’t break the bank. We saw that 520 Grill had good reviews so we decided to try it. This little joint did not disappoint! Three if us ordered the bison burger which was very tasty. My daughter got a beef burger which was delicious as well. My hubby ordered the tuna sandwich which turned out to be very good! The sweet potato fries, regular fries and onion rings were all a hit as well. Everything tasted fresh and was made to order. Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend!

Visited this place on our way to Aspen. Loves their ambience with a bar. I order chicken fried chicken comes with smashed potatoes and veggies. But their elk burger was really good and definitely a treasure for spice lovers.
