We came here just for some bites. No ramen this time. Staff is friendly, eager to serve your food and help with anything. I love the big wave art on the wall with the several characters all over. Seating area is comfortable. My advice for the hand roll is try to eat it quickly because whenever I leave it sitting for a bit it just kinda turns a little chewy.

This was my first time to Silverlake Ramen here in Huntingtin Beach. I am visiting from Tamoa, FL, and we are having lunch with business clients and friends today. Bell Terra has a lot to offer, and Ramen was the choice. We ordered the combos with classic pork and gyoza as our side. Not to mention the churro and ice cream for dessert. Huntington Beach has changed so much since I lived here in the mid 2000’s. Staff was very helpful and waking distance from hotel and apartments.

Silverlake Ramon is our go to when we are at the Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. It’s ramen is absolutely amazing. I always order the garlic chicken and ask for the spicy condiment in the side. It’s a must try. The service is on point. I highly recommend.

Love it here! The food never lets me down. Service here is good and has been every time we come down. Even if I we go have To Go orders. They’re always friendly and attentive! They do get busy at night, to the point where they’ll have a waiting list, so be aware if you plan on going for dinner.
FOOD:
The Garlic Truffle Ramen is where it’s at!! The broth is so good, the garlic truffle is a nice compliment to their noodles and whatever protein you get. I get the pork and man the portion of the pork you get, is a lot.
The pork bun is 10/10, the portion of the pork that they give is actually a lot, so you get your moneys worth. If you do get it for “to go”, beware that the bottom of the bun may be soggy from the juices of the pork. Which isn’t bad because that means the pork isn’t dry.
Chicken Karage is my favorite appetizer here and be sure to dip it in their spicy Mayo. The breading/batter that they use for the karage makes it crispy, and then dipping it in their spicy mayo is a nice combo.
Pork Bowl is my 2nd favorite here. If I’m not in the mood for ramen, this would be my go to. The pork that comes with the bowl, just like your pork bun or the pork they put in your noodles – it’s juicy! You can bite into it and the meat can sometimes melt, so having that with the rice is a nice combo as well. I’ll sometimes ask for a couples sides of spicy mayo and drizzle it on top of this bowl and boom!

Tried this place out. Heard it was bomb. The place felt like it’s fusion and not 100% authentic ramen but taste was good. Meal for 2 and a small 2 piece roll set us back around 41 usd. In terms of quality of meats and noodles I would say it was decent. It was professional and filling.
