Born and bred in the city of angels. Silverlake Ramen was created with a combined passion and experience for creating ramen that embodies delicious quality, and traditional ingredients. We stand true to our ramen, and believe it’s the best we’ve ever had…A ramen our neighbors can brag about! Silverlake embodies the free spirit and casual vibe of Los Angeles. Cooked up by two chefs who drove their love for noodles and ramen, they dreamed up a brand that would be unpretentious, and original in it’s way of thinking. Similar to the environment in which ramen was invented. We are now taking that vibe and serving up bowls of it in locations across the nation.

Service was friendly and checked on us a regular amount. We didn’t even feel pushed out, even though we stayed close to closing.
I’ve never been to another SilverLake Ramen, but I really enjoyed it. I liked how the chicken was in grilled strips, that was probably my favorite part. I got the Classic one, but next time I’d try something spicier. My mom got the veggie one and really enjoyed the variety, and my dad got the chicken broth one which he found tasty but unique, because it’s not common for Ramen to be made with a clear chicken broth.
Overall we really enjoyed our meal and would go again to try more items!
I haven’t been able to stop in as much as I like to since I began my low carb journey. Although I miss noodles and rice.
Today my wife and I decided to stop in before seeing a movie tonight.
I wanted to get a bowl so I decided to ask if I could swap the rice for broccolini and I was informed the only substitute available was mixed greens. So I went with the large pork belly bowl my wife went with the small. The combination of the pickled onions , flavorful pork belly and fried jalapeño was perfect. I ended my dinner with a spicy chicken bun. The crispy chicken and soft bun were perfect and with a good heat. Thank you Silverlake for another great dinner!
I had lunch there to try out their large Chicken Karaage Bowl, it was delicious, next time I’ll order extra rice (+$2.50) with it.
The servers were friendly and professional.
The Dining area is nice and kept clean.

I have been here twice, first time was to try their Classic Ramen bowl, Delicious! But their Bowl shape was kinda deceptive in the content of the ramen, I went there today to try their Pork Belly Large bowl, it was yummy and filling with lots of cut pork belly, I was kinda expecting it to be mostly filled with rice but instead found lots of cut pork belly, the ingredients on the bowl worked well together.
The service was excellent. Fast, Friendly and professional, the dining area was nice and kept clean, the atmosphere was relaxed.
