Ordered the spicy tonkotsu via doordash from here twice and absolutely loved it. It’s so flavorful and perfectly cooked. My favorite part is the egg — SO GOOD! The broth is not too spicy and all the other components perfectly balance it out. They packed the broth separately from everything else which I appreciate. Overall, very pleased with their ramen. Highly recommend checking them out.

I stopped by a few days ago. This was my first time eating the ramen from this restaurant. Placed an order through the Google maps option. Ordered the crispy rice and the vegetarian ramen. Went in to pick it up, waiting time was not too long. Shay had all my stuff ready with the sauces and seasonings I’d requested. She was super nice and accommodating. The restaurant is closed to inside dining so I’ll just rate the food. The crispy rice was delicious but only came with two pieces lol for the price I was expecting maybe three or four, but I guess the area is pricey. The vegetarian ramen was okay. The broth could have been tastier or more seasoned. The amount of noodles and vegetables was really generous so that was amazing! Overall the taste was okay, the service is good. I’d maybe come here again after sampling some other ramen joints in the area.

Awkwardly…there was a couple of people in front and they were ordering. I was greeted and politely welcomed, and when it was my turned to order the cashier disappeared without letting me know he’d be back. So minutes later, the lady in the bar area came out to take my order and quite rushed ordered a fried gyoza, should on fire and a coke. Total $32.25, there was a surprise service charge of 15 percent. So if you click the tip button on the screen you might end up tipping 35-45 percent. This is not a four star restaurant, it’s a fast food restaurant, with a loud blaring deafening music. And no spoon for the soup…which was odd, so I was looking for a straw to use..there was none…they found spoon, so that was good I’m scared of drinking their water though…they made me feel weird…and the transition from the till to glass of water is uncomfortable.. someone was just touching that….like three other people…

Strolling by the neighborhood and stopped to try. Ordered garlic truffle ramen with pork as the protein, the veggie ramen, and the Mapo tofu bowl. The Mapo tofu bowl and the veggie ramen was just so so …, only the garlic truffle ramen was good even tho I wish it had stronger truffle taste to it.

I guess this is supposed to be the blaze ramen huh? I knew it didn’t look right so I went back after I got home and told them. The woman up front was very sweet but this isn’t the blaze ramen. The broth is somewhat sweet and think. Since I already went back once and they added the corn and spicy paste I paid extra for that they didn’t put in there. Then I find a lime in my ramen. Which is crazy because since when is this in the blaze ramen? I know I’m not trippin so I look on the site and I’m pretty sure they gave me the shoyu and thats definitely not what I ordered. I’m super disappointed because I don’t eat out much and this was a treat to myself. For the folks that work there, please be more mindful when putting together the togo orders. Pics for proof.
