Small location, hard for it to accommodate larger parties. We were a part of 6 and waited some time for a seat. The green tea and beer was delicious, however, I wish they offered boba tea that is not in a can. Ramen was okay, the chicken karrage bowl was delicious. The dessert menu was disappointing. Not a place I’ll be coming back to but not too bad. Service was good though the hostess and waitress were on it! Great customer service.

I’ve found my new favorite place for Ramen!! ❤️My server was Diane, and she was so nice and helpful She recommended the half green tea, half lemonade for our drink . It was super refreshing and delicious! Service was really fast. And the food was extremely hot, which is a plus for me. I will definitely recommend this place and I will come back soon. We tried the ramen here and really enjoyed the experience overall. The broth was Subtle but flavorful, and while I personally like a little more flavor, everything was fresh and well prepared. The atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly and quick. Definitely a nice spot to try if you’re in the area!

Great and friendly service. The broccolini with that special dressing is amazing, a must try. Ramen bowls are very generously served. Make sure you have plenty of stomach space for it. Crispy rice with tuna is also very good, just wish the portion was a little bigger. Soda drink options are very limited. Overall a good place to go.

Worst service ever! The host greeted us so disrespectfully as we walked in with outside food and drinks (my grand-daughter wanted to eat next door but we wanted ramen), she ran to us almost as if to kick us out for having them. Of course we would’ve definitely accommodated to restaurant policy if it was brought up kindly but the way the waitress threw herself at us in such an impolite manner ruined our appetite and had no choice but to walk out immediately. This was at the eastlake location.

First time here and let me tell you It was a great experience…. Kinda hesitant to go because ramen c’mon you can have that at home… from the hostess to our waitress and all in between great great experience the food was delicious and Brianna was very attentive to our party….. glad I went… can’t wait to try something else from the menu especially in the cold winter months…… spice level 2 is perfect…. Keep up the good work and will definitely be back…..

I’m shocked that they charge $2.95 for a 12oz can of soda and No refills!! So after 3 cans, you’re paying the same amount for a meal, which is crazy.
Service was fast, food was a 6 out of 10, staff was friendly. But I refuse to pay for multiple cans of soda because the owner doesn’t want to buy/rent a soda dispenser from the soda companies.
This was a one and done restaurant for us.

My boyfriend and I loved going to the West location and we are so excited that the Eastlake location finally opened up as it’s 5 minutes away from where we live we have only been here once but I can say that the food at this location is 10x better. It’s more fresh and less rushed, probably because it doesn’t get as busy as the west location. We loved it so much and we will be coming back more often!
