Friends were staying at the Silverado and we decided to give the steakhouse a try. We made reservations and while it was pretty busy I’m sure a walk-in could have gotten a table. That being said better to have it and not need it.
We were seated right away and immediately attended too. We got some water started and bread and shortly after we got our main drink orders taken.
Everything came out in a timely manner once ordered. The servers were very attentive the entire time.
The drinks were very good and the bread was very good. Once our meal came out everything was cooked to order and very tasty.
It really was a nice dinner, we were never rushed and maybe there was a little too much time between courses but that’s not the worst thing.
Overall very good and I’d say a must if you’re staying there at the Silverado.

The atmosphere was good. The baked potato was amazing. The steak was cooked wrong, and it wasn’t amazing tasting. I can handle a rare steak so that wasn’t the issue. Even if I ordered it medium. The flavor of the new Orleans style just wasn’t good. The creme brulee was amazing though. The salad had a house made champagne dressing and it was pretty good and unique.

Delicious starter of shrimp cocktail and dinner salads. Watch out for the horse radish sauce — it is eye (and nasal) opening. We used it all but it has a kick.
The filets were like butter and the sides were tasty!! Loved the Brussels sprouts with cranberries and walnuts. Garlic mashed and the backed potato were also spot on.
Nice crème brûlée for desert and we were full and satisfied. Leftovers wrapped nicely and weee plenty for a late night snack.

Chris and Kevin are seriously the best bartenders. I started going in to play the slots in the lounge but they’ve made me feel like south point family. They remember me every time and make me forget that I’m in a casino. I love their positive attitudes and homie vibes. This is definitely my go-to bar. When they’re not there it’s just not the same. I seriously appreciate them so much I can’t help but continue to return.

This is probably my new favorite steakhouse for a couple of reasons they have really nice booths I had a filet with a peppercorn sauce that was outstanding and they did a table size salad there are linens on the tables so it just has a nice feel kind of like restaurants used to be and I really appreciated the wonderful service and the delicious meal here it’s a very nice romantic atmosphere with a pretty decent wine selection great for a group or a date night

Though I had some exceptional food during my trip to Vegas, unfortunately this restaurant was not one of them.
Most of the dishes we ordered were quite bland, with the exception of the lobster bisque which was overly salty.
On the bright side, the service was excellent and our visit was a convenient break from the casino tables outside.

The food is lovely and the service staff is friendly. What is making me leave a one star review is an asinine new policy: no to-go orders. Our food server said they had someone come in with a $400 comp and they put in a to-go order and took everything home. So now they can only serve a dinner per person present, so if there’s three people then three dinners max.
No idea why that made them create a new and very weird policy. It’s not like I’m saying I want to steal the food? I want to pay for an order to-go for my husband who couldn’t make it. Honestly so disheartening. :(( I even offered to walk back out and come back in like a new customer but all I got was a shrug and an apology.
