I had the hot and sour soup and for the prise I would have expected a lot more for my money.

So the delivery driver bought this filthy dirty (brown) cool bag thing and dumped it on the door step and pulled my food out. Eww it was disgusting The tubs of food smelt like mould. The food was not Evan warm I rang the shop explained my food was over an hour and half late and not warm she was very rude no apologetic at all.food went straight in the bin I will never order here again rude lady on phone and cold food

We have been having a regular Saturday scheduled takeaway delivery for months that have been getting better and better over that time.
The meal usually arrived around ten minutes either side of the scheduled time.
This Saturday we scheduled the delivery for 5:45 but it actually arrived just before 5:15. We asked the driver to return the meal and phoned the restaurant. We were told we could have the same meal re-delivered later because it was in a warm bag or we would have to wait until 6:30 for a new meal.
We requested a new meal which actually arrive around 6:10. It seemed all right at first but as we were eating and it cooled down the chicken became tough and it became obvious, the first meal had simply been warmed up and re-delivered.
We are very disappointed that after months of orders and good reviews we were treated in this way.

The prices and portions are criminal.

Waited over an hour and thirty minutes for delivery and then when chased up delivery was informed order cancelled no drivers available. Valentines night takeaway not delivered absolutely disgusting service. What else can you order at 9.15 pm to eat at reasonable time. Avoid these like the plague!!

Have been using this place for over 10 years. Food is always fantastic however the last couple of orders we’ve had have taken well in excess of an hour to arrive, today was 2 hours. Didnt eat it as was cold and full of condensation so must have took the scenic route to get to us. Our orders are normally a week day which is quiet. We always spend around £50 each time as well.
Now researching other options as we order from here if we need to work earlier than expected. Become more an inconvenience than a convenience now.

After eating the takeaway, the next day the whole family. 3 adults, 4 young children were Ill with food poisoning. Can only think it was the egg fried rice, which was eaten by all, me being a vegetarian didn’t have a meat dish and was still very poorly. Iv never had any problems prior with the food from here but I must say I will never be going back after our recent experience.
