I stopped by yesterday after a long day of travel, and this local favorite definitely did not disappoint. The atmosphere was laid back, and it was clear everyone was having a great time; I even met a few locals and made some new friends, which was the perfect way to spend a Sunday evening.
My waitress was incredibly friendly and suggested a unique drink with tequila and amaretto—it was surprisingly delicious and a great start to the meal. For dinner, I ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries. Reubens can be a challenge to prepare because the bread often gets soggy, but this one was toasted to perfection. Between the house-made dressing and the hearty portions, it was easily one of the best I’ve had.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and even better company!

We had a fantastic experience at Silver Street Tavern and Restaurant. The atmosphere was great, the food was excellent, and the service really stood out. Our server, Zach, was awesome—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish.
On top of that, my wife accidentally left her purse behind, and one of the waitresses kindly tucked it away until we were able to come back for it. That level of care and honesty says a lot about the staff.
Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be back!

We always make sure we dine here when we are in town. Have never experienced a bad meal here. Entrees are reasonably priced and I usually end up taking home sure left overs. There’s indoor and outdoor dining available. I had the Carnivore grilled pizza this time around and it was very good. Previously had the Mac and cheese with bacon, Double Chops, and Stuffed Haddock. We also ordered the Chicken pot pie which was also very good. There was local beer options available in addition to the big name brands.

Nice experience. Lots of places to eat outside around here, and we chose this establishment for the fact that the outside area was busy and the food looked great! I had the French onion soup(rich flavor), a Reuben style sandwich, and the wife had a spicy bacon jam chicken sandwich. Good stuff. Both were from their amazing daily specials sheet. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helped each other out(which I can appreciate). If you are in town for a visit, make this one of your destinations, for sure.

Called for a table of six after we couldn’t get into a different restaurant. They were able to get us in immediately and had the table reserved and ready. Food was great, service was amazing and they even had live music that night. Absolutely we will be going again!

This place was so pretty and lively when we stepped in! I ordered the French onion soup and Ceasar salad and loved every bite. The staff were friendly and efficient. I fell for the string lights and brick walls.

We ate here earlier today, and brought my grandmother who does not get to leave the house often. Seeing the reviews are high I thought wow! This place will be amazing! I was mistaken. First – I’ll say the waitress was amazing! But the drinks are far better than the food. We order calamari almost everywhere we go that has it, this was by far the WORST calamari we’ve had, ever. It was so rubbery that my toddler couldn’t even bite through it, when brought to the waitress’s attention she said “we are required to cook it for a certain amount of time” I don’t think she knows my Fiance was a chef at one point- calamari takes 40 seconds max and that’s what the warning at the bottom of the menu about seafood, chicken, and eggs is for. She took the calamari back to the kitchen and took it off our bill. We also got some cheesy bacon fries- which were alright, the cheese only covered the top layer and the rest was bare. I had the teriyaki steak tips with coleslaw and French onion soup, the steak tips were alright but the waitress didn’t ask me how I’d like them cooked. A bit tough for my taste. The coleslaw was a salad with no flavor. The French onion soup also had no flavor besides onion and beef broth, the bread squares should be tossed in garlic and olive oil, but sadly were not, I’m a french onion soup connoisseur and i was thoroughly disappointed as it said made in-house. My grandmother had the haddock sandwich and onion rings (which were good), the bread (ciabatta bread) was too hard she couldn’t even bite it, and the haddock was also dry. My toddler had the mac and cheese, which was subpar, and kind of dry. My 11 y/o had a burger and fries- the burger was dry and tasted like a frozen patty. My fiance had the Rueben, which he said was good. My mother had the teriyaki steak bomb, she said it was WAY too sweet and the steak was so tough she could barely chew it. We told the waitress all of the complaints, paid, and left.
