The ambiance is great! Tables are spaced nicely. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Food was good; the wings were excellent . The Bloody Mary was delicious, but a little light in the alcohol content; I couldn’t even tell it had any in it, tbh.

My husband and I ate here a few times when it first re opened but haven’t been back in awhile. Today we had some family in from out of town and decided to go have a late lunch. ALL of our food came out terrible and cold. Every single one of us had ice cold fries and onion rings, except my 4 yr old. My father ordered a quesidilla and it had NO CHEESE! My burger was so over done it wasn’t even edible. We politely let our server know (after waiting about 45 mins for food and no other customers) we declined. We asked for a discount instead because we not only didnt want to wait another 45 mins because the cook clearly was not capable of cooking. The server instantly became rude and said they don’t give discounts. We politely asked her to call in a manager. They did end up discounting us. We also noticed she added a tip without any notification (normally fine if advertised but we literally had 5 adults at the table) . My MIL asked them to remove it because of the circumstances and we would pay the waitress separately in cash and we had 3 servers come over and tell us no and told us if we didnt like the food we didnt have to come back and told us to leave.
Contrary to what some might think, we were NEVER rude, we were NEVER anything but kind but just appalled by the food and wanted to work something out. Yelling at an older lady and telling us to get out because we questioned the billing was baffling. They treated us like we were heathens. Because there was no other customers, no managers or owners on staff (and apparently one cook) , they can get away with whatever behavior they see fit. No way they would have treated us the way they did with an actual manger or owner present.
We will never be back nor will we ever refer another friend or neighbor. The behavior, especially from the fake red headed waitress, was disgusting.
Word vs word, I am aware but if you look at the more recent reviews, clearly the owners should think about who they have staffed if they want to stay in business.
Also, by law, you need to disclose to people you add gratuity BEFORE service, not on the bill at payment. Try adding something to your menu or a sign before setting like all other restaurants. Adding it to 5 adults is absurd. Especially in an empty restaurant at 3pm.

This place was terrible! My wife and I went for the first time tonight and literally were ignored after being seated. We waited 30 minutes and the waitress never came and even asked us for a drink order. She noticed someone that came in and was seated after us and chose to chat with them, get their drink order, bring their drinks to them and then take a food order and STILL didn’t come talk to us. I even motioned to her and she acknowledged me and again ignored us. We walked out and will never go back. That place is trash!

TERRIBLE! Group of 10 – 8 adults and 2 children. Only 1 adult got a hot meal. My fish and onion rings were refrigerator cold. As if they’d been pulled out of the freezer and spent 10 seconds in the fryer. My husband’s quesadilla had NO CHEESE! Overall terrible experience. They did give us 50% off even though we couldn’t eat it.

Stopped in for a burger and fries. It was quiet at lunch. The burger was cooked well and was juicy. It also was seasoned which I loved, but if you have a sensitivity to hot spices, you might wanna take precautions. It’s not real strong. The fries were seasoned and good. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. Definitely a good experience and will stop again in the future .

I come eat here a lot my sister comes from out of town and this is were we come .I would like to say I always enjoy going eat there. Food was always good. Service was always good great atmosphere but tonight I went there with my sisters, their grandkids and my grandkid , the experience I had was not even close to being what it used to be. Everyone received their food, nice fresh and hot except me. I asked the waitress three times where my food was and she told me the last time I asked that it was on the grill, but once I received my food after everyone was done eating,and ready to leave , my onion rings were cold and greasy and my fajita that just came off of the grill were cold. Make it make sense. While I’m commenting on here, also wanna let y’all know you should not cook seafood on the same grill as regular food. Some people are allergic .

Went in for lunch. Not very crowded. Grabbed a burger and fries. Everything was well seasoned. Burger was juicy. Service was very friendly. Left with a happy stomach and good impression for my first visit.

The server was great. The atmosphere was a homy feeling. The food was a whole other experience. The hamburger was over cooked and dry. The 3 different sauces didn’t help with the dryness either. The gator bites were a bit rubbery. The gumbo was really good though. Food wise, we won’t be back.

Went last week, the food is absolutely to die for. Atmosphere is fun and friendly they have live music on the weekends, and the prices are cheap as you can ask for for a sit-down restaurant. Will definitely be going back soon.
