Our server Kelly was amazing and tentative to our needs. We started with the artichoke motzorella baked dip and fryed calamari which was outstanding. Kelly sold me on the pecan crusted chicken with mushroom sauce which just melted in my mouth. Nice and quiet atmosfear.

Nice ambiance. Smaller intimate restaurant. They serve wine and have a full bar. Happy and friendly service. Must try their chicken pot pie on a chilly evening. Two large triangle pastries served on top rather than traditional pie crust. It’s delicious. Prices not bad.

What a wonderful experience. Chicken pot pie, maple pork chop, pecan crusted chicken. We can’t wait to go back. Be safe … Make a reservation!

This most incredible find in a restaurant. Well worth the drive from New Braunfels. We’ll be coming back again and again. Will be hard to choose other than the Angus Burger and the Pecan-crusted chicken, but I want to try everything! Make a reservation if you want to sit inside. We sat on the patio and found it to be quite romantic, but pick the right night for that.

WOW! A MUST TRY! We loved it. This is NOT your average hill country eatery. Definitely top shelf fine dining quality food is what you’ll find here. It’s personal, county elegant & fun. The service was friendly & timely, & very fair prices for what you get. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of servings for the price. I’ve seen allot less food for allot more money in big city equivalent restaurants. The music added a nice touch also. We’d be regulars if we lived in the area.

This place was fabulous. I travel all over and this wonderful restaurant was a treat. They have taken the time to really research and create tasteful dishes and are unique but still true to the Texas Hillcountry. I ordered the pork chop cooked medium and it was fantastic as well as the vegetables and potatoes that it came with. I only wish the side portions were I bit larger. The appetizers we got were just as well prepared. I was also privileged to eat some of my sister in laws salmon which had a great but different flavor that stayed true to salmon. Wonderful work. Our waitress Sabrina was very kind and caring as well. If I am ever back in the area I will most definitely drive out of my way for this one!

Robyn, the owner, has some awesome people under her direction in this little hidden jewel of Canyon Lake. The pork chop is a two-bone chop that is an excellent choice for the taste choosy carnivores. For the more nutrition conscious, there are several large salads to choose from, each which can have shrimp or chicken breast added. The homemade dressings are a surprise too. Everything is fresh, including the herbs and jalapenos in the dressings, breadings, and sauteed veggies. The wine list is limited, though varied enough to have something for a nice dinner out with friends. This place is nice, yet unpretentious. The food is excellent. Sometimes service can get slowed during the peak of a dinner rush as there are only 2-3 servers. This staff is dedicated to ensuring you enjoy the food and your experience. Best to go early to avoid the rush. Only open for dinner… Fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Try the fish tacos…

A wonderful surprise! Silver Sage is absolutely fabulous. We almost passed it by, but I read some reviews and was intrigued. We are so glad that we didn’t miss out on this place. It is a very small, out of the way place at the end of a strip center, but everything about it is great. They serve some of the best, unique, gourmet recipes I have ever eaten. I recommend you start with the artichoke dip. It is not your common version, but to die for. Then try either their pecan crusted chicken or salmon with jalapeno sauce. Both entrees are heavenly. Be sure to ask for Edward as your server. He is excellent – so friendly and professional. Silver Sage is 5 Star across the board.

The atmosphere of this little restaurant was amazing. From live music to welcoming lighting. I’m not exactly sure who my waiter actually was because they all seemed to constantly be working together to make sure everyone was being taken care of. Very sweet and attentive staff. Now the food.. You HAVE to try the spinach and artichoke dip. Great experience!
