Was pleasantly surprised in all regards. Best burgers we’ve ever had, and I cook a good burger. Our 1 year old granddaughter loved the atmosphere also, and the employees AND customers all talked with her.

What an incredibly special find. North Dakota was my last of the 50 states to visit and I wanted to celebrate with beef from the region. This place was the perfect choice. It’s so western and welcoming. I had an outstanding ribeye and baked potato. There were only two women working. One upfront and one in the back and they gave great service and great food.

Drove an hour to get here (last 8 miles on a dirt road) because a friend said they had the best steaks in the world. My 14 ounce ribeye had at least 2-3 ounces of fat that should have been trimmed off. Ordered well done, received medium. My wife ordered the shrimp, could hardly find them due to all of the breading. If I ended up in McLeod (for some obscure reason) again at meal time I would try the restaurant across the street. Service was excellent.

Absolutely love this place and the people and owners! They have a little hidden gem here in the country. We came in town for the rodeo. Went with the stock contractors, announcer and committee people. Had excellent food (Ribeye Dinner) in a great place! Live music, bars, dancing and fun! If you happen to get to this part of North Dakota…stop in and enjoy a great meal served with hospitality and warm smiles! Tanya was our server! You should ask for her! She treats you like family!

Great food, friendly atmosphere, clean, friendly and helpful staff. They have another side for large parties, private events. The bathroom is decorated differently and is always tastefully done. I would definitely recommend it. Family friendly too. Little saddle chairs for younger ones regular ones at the bar, so cute!
