Stopped here on our way through town. Staff was super friendly. Got our water pretty quick. Looked like one server for the whole place. She was hustling. Food took a while to come out. We did get chips and salsa to keep us occupied. I had beef tacos. Lacked salt and flavor really. Overall very average. The fajitas were average as well. Lackluster flavor. The kids had spaghetti. Way over cooked. Kids wouldn’t eat it. We did have this corn dish for a side that I really couldn’t tell if I liked it or didn’t like it. It was an odd flavor for me I guess. So as I stated before all in all just about average. The place however has great staff and a great souvenir shop so all wasn’t lost.

Kind hearted lady greeted and sold me a nice cup of Starbucks coffee. We were driving on a Saturday and realized all the good cafes were closed but this coffee was good. Lots of choices for food also.

The service was exceptional and atmosphere was fun and inviting. I ordered the chicken tacos. The chicken was very tender, but there needed to be more ingredients and spice in the tacos. My husband had the chicken enchiladas and said the same thing. There was very little spice and nothing but chicken inside the enchiladas. The hominy and beans that came with his meal were very good.

I ordered the green beef chili stew to go because I’m under the weather and didn’t want to be around people. It was very good but the portion size was very small. I was told that if I had dined in. I would have received a large bowl for the same price. Hence do not get the green beef stew to go. Or you will be getting ripped off.

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great our waitress **Tresh** ever so friendly and kind = her smile brightened the place up! The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size.

One of the only dine in places to eat in Santa Rosa. The restaurant was packed and, as with all places in this town, they were short on staff so couldn’t fill all the empty tables at once. The wait wasn’t bad…just 20 minutes. And they have a cute little souvenir shop to browse and kill time. The waitress and hostess were just the sweetest! And the service was fantastic once we got our table. Unfortunately, the food is just mediocre. I had the taco salad and it had zero flavor. The side of pico de gallo I ordered also had zero flavor. The meat on the taco salad was just plain ground beef. No seasonings. The food was fresh and hot, but it was just textures and no flavor. My husband had the patty melt and said it was really good. We heard the margaritas were amazing and they had cold beer. So maybe the foods just hit or miss.

I ordered the vegan tamales. I was offered green sauce or red sauce but I chose the green. Chips and salsa were put on the table. To me the salsa and the tamales had a kick. I enjoyed it quite a bit though. The pinto beans were good also.

Where do we start? Walked in and were completely ignored for about five minutes. Hostess came up and rudely asked how many. Gave us a pager and walked away without saying anything else. We were seated and ordered drinks. Took a long time to get drinks and then we were told they were out of our drink so she was going to bring us a different drink but never did. We sat with no drinks for quite a long time. I ordered a country fried steak dinner. Menu said choice of potato and vegetable of the day. $18 price. Steak came out about the size of a McDonald’s burger. I got very few fries and no vegetables at all. The table across from us was full of people the waitress knew and they got a lot of fries. Probably one of the worst dining experiences of my life. Service was absolutely horrible. I don’t recommend you go here.
