Placed an order for delivery. Owner called and said it was going to be late as there were deliveries across town ahead of me but that it would be there shortly. Order didn’t arrive for another 30 minutes after that. Sandwhich was cold and soggy. Called back spoke with the owner who was rude and unapologetic. She said there were orders ahead of me and too bad your sandwich was soggy. Needless to say when you pay a $4.99 delivery fee and spend over $23.00 for your order, one would think they would try and compensate you and not be like oh there are other orders ahead of you. Food is soggy and unedibl. Needless to say I won’t be going back. I do not suggest anyone doing business with this establishment. Such a rude owner.

I love coming to silver mines subs longmont. It’s always a great experience especially when nicole is working. She makes.the best subs and she makes sure that her customers are happy. I’ve seen her go out of her way to help a customer either with their order suggestions or opening the door for them. She has a great attitude spunky energy laughs and talks with her customers. She makes.me feel important and that im her priority. Nicole is exactly what this store needed

I have eaten here and had delivery several times from this location. When the food is made to eat at the restaurant, it’s usually pretty decent. However, the last 4-5 times I’ve had delivery, the quality and care put into making the sandwiches is absolutely awful. I’ve also had delivery from MANY other locations and have not had this issue. It would appear that the cook just slapped the ingredients around the bread and called it good. This location isn’t even busy, like…ever. This last order was appalling. I’m surprised any of the ingredients even made it on the sandwich. Looks to literally be thrown together with little to no care whatsoever. I’ve been eating at the Longmont location for nearly 20 years since high school, and it has gotten worse and worse for years. I love Silvermine, it’s a shame I may have to stop ordering from the Longmont location.

Went by today at 8:30pm Lights out, door locked, and yet, someone left your folding sign out front. I tried calling to leave a message, rang and rang until someone answered just to immediately hang up. I was trying to let them know they left the sign out.
I used to love coming here, now it appears you can’t even keep your new 9pm, early closing hours. I won’t be back again. I’d rather drive to Loveland that’s still open late.

My wife and I support local business and this is the third time visiting this sub shop. In the two previous purchases we were pleased with the the ingredients and the taste of the subs.
This time however, I ordered a turkey, avocado, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo 8-in sandwich.
The picture shows that there is only one thin slice of turkey , an avocado spread that is so thin it was barely noticed and mostly lettuce and tomato.
Giving three stars for their kind service but we will not be going back. All other sub shops stack their sandwiches with quality meat and ingredients to compete.

Was cruising through longmont when I decided we needed sandwiches for lunch. A good sandwich is hard to find these days so I was happy to find a Silver mine on our route. Service was fast, food was perfect. They have the good ice!!! It was a wonderful experience.
