Delicious eats and friendly folks. Prices are good and reservations are recommended. This place is a definite must try! The loaded baked potato was my favorite and the ribs fall right off the bone.

This is a little gem and we always love coming when we get the chance. Portions are generous and the menu options are great. The cheese curds were delicious. I love their salads and sides for their meals and the French onion soup! Parking is tricky and it’s tiny so the wait can be long sometimes if you don’t have a reservation. The service is always outstanding and caring and will come back again and bring out of town guests for a great Wisconsin place.

Was a nice supper club atmosphere but strongly recommend reservations. Didn’t know needed reservations and waited for a table in the bar area. Was told it would be 1 hour to get a table in the dining room. Waited over 45 minutes for a table in the bar which was noisy and cramped. People calling on the phone were told 30 minutes and were seated before us. Hmmm. Cod was average. Fishermans platter was good. My baked potato I think had a rotten black spot in it and tasted off. Too dark in bar area to tell. Told they have awesome barbeque ribs. Table service was good. Good super club but call for reservations if you want to try them.

We stopped in to get dinner and were pleasantly amazed by how delicious the food was. How great the prices are. How fun the place looks inside. And how fun and incredible our waitress, Nora is! We had the shrimp and ribs special with baked potato.
Started with a delicious chicken dumpling soup and excellent white wines. Then the fall off the bone ribs and nice size fried shrimp came. Everything was done perfectly and brought out quickly by our most skilled waitress we have seen in decades. She didn’t miss a thing. Every detail thought of. No wonder drinks are named after her. So we tried her signature nutty Nora after dinner drink-sooo good!
We are planning to come back tomorrow too! And come with my husband next visit.

The Silver Lake Country Inn offers great food at great value! I was equally impressed by the service given that the place was PACKED by 5PM and I can understand why.
From the tasty $5 Tall old fashions to the Shrimp and Ribs special under $20 everything was good with the Silver Lake Baked Onion Soup with a carrot base being the star of the show!
Definitely worth a visit and bring cash. 4.75/5

We went for the all you can eat ribs and shrimp. We had a party of 6 an a couple of us had tenderloin. The French onion soup was really good. And the potato skins were the best I have had in a long time.
Only note is , this place is small . Don’t expect to have a ton of room. But you can expect to have a great dinner.

Silver Lake Inn is a hidden gem in a small town, and it has that wonderful supper club feel that’s both comforting and nostalgic. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and it never disappoints. The classic dishes are outstanding, and the prices are reasonable, making it a favorite for locals and visitors alike. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance add to the overall charm of this timeless restaurant. If you’re looking for a place with great food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Silver Lake Inn is a must-visit.

We had a reservation for 6. We got there approx 6:45 and checked in. The owner said we’d be seated soon. The place was packed and no place to sit or stand. The host kept moving us as to where to stand. 30 mins passed and still no table. Checked in again and he said too many big tables taking to long??? When you book 6-8 people book two hours for Pete’s sake. 8:20pm we were seated. The waitress came by first thing said we are out of salad, and have two potato’s left. WHAT????? Took our drink order and had very little popular beer to choose from, basically Coors. We preceded to order, most of use ordered ribs and shrimp. Ribs were cold and had tons in sauce on them, shrimp were water logged. We were served burnt rolls, soup that was no flavor and cheese was burnt. My friend ordered Grouper and got Cod. It was a very poor meal. Priced cheap and all you can eat doesn’t mean good quality. We will not be back. Much better places in the area to dine

Great small supper club on the lake. Reasonable prices, nice supper club feel. I do often feel I’m the youngest one there. Service good, servers busy stretched thin. Got to go on Tuesday for the ribs and shrimp special. Cash only so plan ahead. As for Norma as your server; lovely lady.

Silver Lake Inn is a fairly typical Wisconsin dinner bar, with a charm and menu unique to these establishments from last century. Seating was kind of crowded, the small bar was full, it was noisy, and the wait staff was hopping to keep up with a full house. They had a limited menu but their selections were well prepared and tasted good. Nice place for a relaxed dinner.
