Hands down best place in about a 100 mile radius. Delicious, fresh food, friendly staff. You can tell this place runs like a fine tuned machine. Kudos to the owners and employees for keeping the quality, and keeping food affordable. I tell EVERYONE I would go here just for a cup of hot and sour soup! Best I’ve ever had!

I have NEVER seen chow mien served as just vegetable stir fry. All the online option gave was for a $2 up charge for the noddles to be included. When I called to ask about it they wanted to pull some…. “Well at our location…” anywhere else the noddles are included. This place is a joke. At least add a description of how it’s going to come instead of trying to trick people. Especially on an online order. There’s zero flavor on any of the food so their comment on “traditional Chinese” is actually insulting to the Chinese people. Save your money, do not make my mistake.

Did pickup order here for first time in a while and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly. Vegetables are fresh and cooked well, flavor is clean and balanced, not too greasy. A little light on the meat maybe but the portions overall are very generous. Great value and good quality. Extra points for pickup like keeping sauce separate to keep chicken crispy. The restaurant interior is what it is, but this place deserves due credit for generous portions of good quality, classic Chinese dishes.

Pleasantly surprised! I haven’t eaten here for several years, but the food was really fresh, they stopped cooking with MSG and they’ve got new owners since I was here last. Other than the fact that the bushes outside smell really bad and when they open the window by the cash register it smells inside too, we had a decent experience. Their pink sauce was good, their soup was good, the veggies were crisp and fresh, the chicken was tender. Finally, we can eat Chinese food again. I will say the interior feels old and dingy, but, their lunch menu made up for it. Nice and helpful servers and a positive experience.

So far this is the best Chinese food I’ve had around here! We had veggie spring rolls! There sauce is SO good!
We also had the vegetarian dinner for two. That came with so much food we are still eating left overs! By the way its even tastier the next day lol! We added tofu to our veggies and it was good. Seasoned just right! Not to over powering so you can taste the veggies! We will definitely go back!

Nothing beats a good #7 with pink sauce, you won’t find quality mar far very many places and silver dragon does it right, we didn’t order crab puffs but also recommend those. There fried shrimp is something I absolutely love there too, chicken is tender battered fresh, shrimp is delicious, fried rice has flavor. Don’t steal the pink sauce you can buy a cup for like $5 which is more that 2 bottles so do that definitely. They will treat you right here.

Nice line of beers too. Only issue was the General Tso’s Chicken wasn’t too spicy. Asked for extra spicy got no spice just extra chili paste. Note to Chef: Someone asks for extra spicy? This is your opportunity to burn them down!! Lol take it. Otherwise It was awesome!

It’s edible. I’ve noticed it’s hard to get decent asian food in medford, and this place falls in with the rest. No real flavor, fried rice is sticky and just tastes like soy sauce, and the chicken was so white I thought it was a veggie. It’s really not hard to season food, and that’s what asian food has always been known for is It’s flavor. The woman who took my order was super nice and it seems pretty clean. The food was just sad though.
