If you’re in Cody, definitely try this bar and the burger. They are cooked right inside the place, and you can watch the cook preparing the food. There are flags of all states hanging inside, and there are so many cool details all around. It’s a very special place. The prices are good, and the location is awesome—we found parking right around the corner. I would definitely go again.

On the sign that says best burgers in the West. So I decided to try. I have to say that maybe one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Staff was cool attentive and friendly. Enjoyed a couple of games of billiards as well.

This is the exact type of place my husband and I were looking for! If you want a small town type of place where locals go, good music is playing and the drinks are a great price come this way! 10/10 recommend. Servers/bartenders were awesome as well! Quick to know our drink orders and name after one interaction.. and it was slammed busy. This will be a pit stop every time for us!

This place has no shortage of character and flavor. And I mean the people and the food. Situated right in Downtown Cody, Silver Dollar Bar fits right in with the whole vibe of this place. The food is unapologetically bar food but it’s good. Would recommend as the place to be in the evenings and maybe even pop in for lunch.

Randomly walked into the Silver dollar Bar, grabbed a beer and sat in the courtyard to listen to a great country and western band… we came for one beer but stayed for tgree as well as dinner! Beer selection was excellent, burger tasty and service awesome! What as a great bar! Love it!

We were here on vacation stopped here cause we were told they had the best burgers. Ordered my burger asked for no onions the waitress said you’ll get it anyways cook doesn’t care and puts it on there. The smell and taste of an onion for me will ruin my whole meal. I insisted and she told the cook. He threw a fit i was sitting right by the grill and could hear everything. This cook was so immature and disrespectful. I got my burger without an onion and it was one of the worst burgers I’ve had. My wife felt the same about hers. Rude staff and crappy food. 1 out of 10
