I only come to this place when my friends who live nearby want something quick and I regret walking in here everytime. The bagels aren’t bad but the SERVICE? Disgusting. Everyone is always chitchatting at the counter and it wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t act like you’re interupting their social hour. They act as if they’re mad they have to actually work at their job!

With so many bagel spots around, it’s hard to stand out in a crowded field. However, Silver Bay Bagels does exactly that. The quintessential NJ bagel spot. To this day, I haven’t had a batch bagel from the shop. Personal favourite is their blueberry. Probably one of the top blueberry bagels I’ve ever had. See you soon!

One of the best bagel places in ocean county. Order ahead or expect to wait a bit bc they r always busy and they make a good sandwich. Poppy and onion are particularly very good. Best bagels within a fifty-mile radial, no doubt. If you’re in Silver Town and need a breakfast sandwich, you go to Silver Bay. I’m a simple man— couple fried eggs on a plain bagel with salt, pepper, ketchup— busy place, popular place— sometimes my coworker Bobby comes back and says plain bagels were out, he got me an egg bagel instead— and it’s still worth half a sawbuck for my sandwich and Joe— a sweet Medium Roast that gets me going on a Monday.
