My husband and I visited Silo for the first time this weekend. The restaurant is beautiful and I was a little bummed to be seated in a side conference type dining room rather than the beautiful main dining area, but they were quite busy.
Our waitress was fantastic. Very detail oriented—the type of quiet, quick attention that I appreciate in wait staff.
Now onto the food. I throughly enjoyed my food, which consisted of the octopus ceviche appetizer that was very well balanced in flavor and appearance was lovely, and the smoked beet salad with grilled salmon added. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully plated.

Let’s just take a moment for Silo Modern Farmhouse. I heard it was an incredible experience, but I was absolutely blown away. The service, food, drinks and attention to detail was an experience I will never forget. I would highly recommend making a reservation. We went for a friend’s 40th birthday on a Sunday. Can’t wait to take my family back to Silos.

Her amaretto sour was silky smooth and my oak and smoke was . We started with the grilled shrimp and grits – a fantastic mix of flavors to warm up the taste buds. She had the Silo Half Chicken and couldn’t pick a favorite from the fried chicken breast, pan seared thigh, or chicken salad.
All in all Silo and Taylor served up a fantastic date night!

Had a great experience at Silo. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The food was delicious, well prepared, and good flavor. The overall atmosphere was enjoyable. If there was one thing to improve, I did not enjoy the Panna Cotta at all.

We went to enjoy their awesome patio, have a drink, and get the incredible charcuterie board. We got sat on the patio and waited for about 20min before anyone came by. They felt bad for our wait and were nice enough to comp the charcuterie board. The view of the golf course, the delicious board, drinks. and the atmosphere was on point. The service was pretty much nonexistent unfortunately which was kind of a bummer. It’s normally pretty great all around so I’m hoping this service was just a one off. Get yourself that board next time you’re there!!

I was determined to have a Tomahawk Steak for my birthday and couldn’t bear the thought of settling for Jess & Jim’s. Again. What a delightful surprise. Our server was a sophisticated & lovely food aficionado named Anna, and she provided us with impeccable guidance through the menu. The menu offered something for everyone, including flatbreads, sandwiches, and straightforward yet delicious appetizers. The chef’s concept of farm to table food is executed exquisitely & her meal was an experience that I will fondly remember for the rest of my life. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We had our anniversary dinner here and had an amazing experience. They arranged a window table for us so we got a pretty good view. The food was delicious, and the ambience was excellent! Our server was wonderful, and apologized for the appetizer delay but we were so engrossed in our conversation we didn’t notice. We got the signature chocolate cake to end the night which was perfect and not overly sweet 🙂
