We came here to celebrated our Anniversary! The chef was so nice ❤️ we couldn’t decide what to order so she recommend the menu for us!! Absolutely loved everything we ordered! Crispy Rice was crunchy and addictive, the Silk Beef Curry was tender and flavorful with soft roti, and the Pad Thai Soft Shell Crab was a must-try. The Water Spinach with Crispy Pork added the perfect savory touch. Great flavors, great quality!

Enjoyed a nice dinner and it was a great choice. The dishes were nicely presented and everything had great flavor and a few new dishes that is not your typical Thai dishes.
They offer take out which seems to be a bulk of their business on a Wednesday night. The staff was attentive and friendly, Sandy is the head chef and/or Owner and she is the sweetest and puts out some great dishes. You can tell she loves to make Thai dishes and has a passion for food!
She also came from Thai Nakorn so you know she has been around for a long time. We will be back to try their other dishes!

Authentic Thai cuisine, attentive service, food full of flavors!
Tired of average Thai food, this Thai restaurant has something different, including the rainbow fish ( fried fish with mayo, mango, cilantro), roti with curry ( their roti is fluffy! ) , silk signature egg roll ( not too oily, thin & you can definitely taste it is hand made fresh). Their tom kha seafood soup include shrimp, scallop, mussels, so good! The crying tiger is very juicy.
Can’t sleep on their dessert. Aside from mango sticky rice, they have sweet roti with vanilla ice cream, and fried banana with coconut ice cream. Worth a sweat treat.

First time coming here and was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent and so was the service! Our waitress was so nice and attentive, even gave my friends dog water as we sat in the patio. My husband and friend had the Pad Thai and I had the Curry. We all loved our food. Best curry I ever had! Very fresh, tasty and plentiful. Can’t wait to go there again!

Although I am a foodie, I like to play it safe when it comes to Thai food. However, Silk Thai in Huntington Beach is THE spot to try out some unique dishes. Because you can trust that every dish will come out authentic, flavorful, and made with love. We especially were in awe of the HUGE Rainbow Fish—so crispy, layered under a refreshing mango salad perfect for the summer! And can’t forget the insane Crying Tiger! They use filet mignon that was extra tender and delicious paired with a yummy tangy chili lime sauce. So good!!!
In addition, the owner is so sweet and knowledgeable, which made our dining experience super enjoyable and memorable ❤️

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my visit to Silky Thai Cuisine was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while.
The service was slow and inattentive — The staff seemed disorganized and it felt like no one cared about customer satisfaction.
As for the food, it was bland and greasy, nothing like authentic Thai flavors. The curry was watery, the pad thai tasted like plain noodles with sugar, and the spring rolls were soggy instead of crispy. For the prices they charge, the quality was absolutely not worth it.
Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. With so many great Thai restaurants in the area, I definitely wouldn’t recommend Silk Thai Cuisine — poor service,terrible food, and not worth the money.

My new favorite Thai place in HB. Everything was fresh and delicious. I started with a Thai Iced Tea, a drink that I get often, and I must say theirs did not disappoint. Not pictured, but we also had calamari to start. It has a Thai twist to it, the serving is plentiful, and the pieces were a solid size. It’s not the small little hair string calamari you get at some places.
The main dishes were both amazing. The pad Thai with shrimp was fresh and the sauce was perfect amount of flavor. I went for a 6/10 on heat and I think that was perfect for me, someone that likes a little heat but also ability to taste the food. The curry dish we had was with mock chicken, and I have to say it wasn’t bad for an alternative.
Finally the mango with sweet rice was just what we needed to cap off the flavor. If you have never had mango with sweet rice, this is a must order while here.

This place was yet again fabulous. I being g everyone here. Small qauint. Great food & service. Indoor or outdoor. The bathroom is beautiful! I’ve been here so many times! Delish!!

Came here on Sunday to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were cheated out of happy hour pricing. I complained about the discrepancy and was gaslighted by all the staff. (They said the discount is only M-F). Finally another patron confirmed I should have gotten the discount after we had already left.
Update: The response below to my review below also does not address the issue. This was not a misunderstanding from the staff since others were given happy hour right before me. I was singled out in a way that feels very racist!

This thai restaurant is a gem. Every dish is so delicious! The pumpkin chicken curry is an unique option. Papaya salad and pad thai are always good here. It’s hard to find a good thai restaurant in orange county. I recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic thai cuisine. Small place but they do take reservation.
