Since March 1st, 2023, Silk Road Chinese Restaurant has been acquired by DELSK Limited, and the restaurant has been renovated and displayed in Malta with a new look. The company has hired the best chefs from China, and the flavor of the dishes has been improved and deepened on the original basis, which is more in line with the tastes of European people. In the future, we will launch sushi and strive to build the first Chinese restaurant in Malta.

Flavourful delicious authentic Chinese food. We ordered the beef in oyster sauce and fried rice. Really yummy and well priced as well. The fried calamari started too was good.

Food tastes pretty good, I would really suggest the noodles! Prices are more than reasonable and the service is pretty quick.
I can’t give 5 stars because of the atmosphere which was a bit awkward, no people, no music and the waiter who served us smelled of cigarette smoke. Good overall though.

One of the best place to try Asian food in Malta . This place is super pet friendly and they offer free snacks for my baby dog .

I had order several times to Silk Road.
Unfortunately the last one will be last.
I started ordering several years ago to this place but the prices had rise even though the quality is much lower and even the quality had decreased a lot.
It’s sad to see how the restaurant increase prices and lower quality and quantity. It’s not worth it to order anymore.

I have ordered food here more than once. I especially recommend trying the chicken in sweet and sour sauce or with cashewnuts and crispy seaweeds. Good packaging so everything arrives hot + very large portions.
