The ambiance here is unmatched. A classy and low lit bar with gorgeous decor. The staff is excellent. Order at the bar, they will bring your food and drinks to you. Zach was an excellent host, he seated us immediately even though we didn’t have a reservation. The food was incredible, it’s nice they have so many gluten free options. The cucumber salad and Chow Wow Noodles were delicious, nice spice level with excellent flavor. I highly recommend Silk Road for a nice date night, the place has a very sexy vibe.

What a gem in Portland. Food is amazing. We tried the cucumber salad, General Tso chicken, and Silk Dumplings. All were fantastic and authentic. The interior design is amazing. You feel like you are in a train. The bar has a ton of customers all the time. If you are in Portland and you have Resy credit from your credit card, this is a top place I recommend to spend your credit! Bring your partner, friend, family, great atmosphere and service!

Silk Road was a wonderfully tasty experience! The food was phenomenal and the perfect portion size for 2 people each plate. I honestly can’t choose a favorite of the things we had. They were all equally phenomenal. I don’t remember the names of the cocktails, and it looks like they change frequently, but the craftsman shift of each cocktail was beautiful and tasty. The Staff was amazing! So kind and fun. The whole place has a very positive and cozy vibe. I will definitely be going back!

Cocktails are incredible, especially with the use of East/South Asian ingredients and teas in their program, but the food is the real showstopper. I first came for a work event on Tuesday and had such a great experience that I came back on Saturday for Valentine’s Day. Strongly recommend the chow wow noodles and recommend sitting at the bar.

I was looking for good Chinese food while visiting Portland. Resy recommended Silk Road and I figured I’d give it a shot. I am so glad that I did. This is hands down the absolute best Chinese food I’ve ever had.

I ordered egg rolls (pictured). The egg rolls come two to an order and they are cut in half and served with hot mustard they make in house . If you’re struggling with what appetizers to order, go ahead and just go with this.
For the meal I ordered the General Tso Chicken. I usually order this because I enjoy the sweet and spicy kick of the sauce. This was the best version of the dish I have ever had.
I liked the food so much that I’m going to go back today.

The food and drinks here were both a 10/10 my husband and I went on a date here and will definitely come back. It was so good. Only thing that sucks is you have to go to the bar to order even if sitting at a table. But service is quick! Highly recommended the dumplings.

The staff here were all super nice and very attentive. The food and drinks here are all 100% delicious! Nothing was left over, we ate everything! The drinks were on the exotic side which was a nice change. The atmosphere here, did it for me. It’s exactly what I picture a bar to be. Definitely coming back.

First and only bar I was able to try during my trip to Portland but I’m happy it was this one. The wagyu dumplings and Noodles were exquisite. The drinks were also delicious and full of flavor. I went with family but I imagine this place is perfect for a cozy date night.
