Very good vibe, food was good they had variety of options. Booked on Sunday for lunch, surprisingly it wasn’t very crowded. The servers were quick to bring order and food was really tasty.

Silbuttah Restaurant offers a great dining experience with delicious food and a nice ambiance. The taste of the dishes is authentic and flavorful, especially the North Indian and Chinese items. The starters like paneer tikka and crispy veg are very tasty, and the main course dishes are well prepared and satisfying.
The service is quick and the staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, making it a good place for family dinners, kitty parties, and small gatherings. Overall, the food quality, taste, and presentation are very good

This place has officially become my go-to spot! Been to Silbuttah 7-8 times already and every visit is amazing. Their Paneer Tikka Masala is hands down the best I’ve ever had.

Good vibes. The place is actually Bercos’s with all the ambience, seating and crockery designed for Bercos’s, but they have added a separate menu named Silbuttah. Food was tasty. They have prepared a refreshing menu. I found some old dishes that I don’t see anymore in other places. They prepared those old dishes with new fervor. The decor is excellent. The place enlightens the mood as soon as one enters the place.

The place is amazing. Went for a family dinner. The staff was super courteous. The food was amazing. Tried starters, main course, drinks. Everything was cooked perfectly. For families which go out probably a couple of times a month, choosing this place far from home was a gamble, but it was worth taking. All family members appreciated the food and service.

Visited this place after seeing a glowing Zomato rating of 4.8. Honestly, we expected something great — especially in terms of food. But sadly, it didn’t live up to the hype.

✅ Ambience – decent.
✅ Staff – polite and service was fine.
❌ Food – very disappointing.

We ordered:

Tandoori Chaap – Taste and look both were below average. It felt like it was either overcooked or just boiled.
Tandoori Malai Chaap – It literally had palak (spinach) in it… who adds palak in malai chaap?
Dal Makhni – Had a burnt taste, like it was reheated too much or left on the stove for long.

For the prices they charge, we expected much better.
Taste wasn’t even close to what you’d find at a decent roadside dhaba.

Overall, it felt like the focus was more on presentation and interiors than actual taste. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re going just for the food.

A great experience curated by Bercos for both North Indian and Chinese food lovers. This place on second floor offers nice tasting food alongside decent atmosphere and variety of drinks. The food was really tasty and portion size was good enough. You can order from both the menus bercos and silbuttah on both first and second floor. A nice place to visit with family and friends. It has an elevator for accessing all floors.

I really liked the food here and the ambience is classy . The staff is really polite and quick with their service . Food recommendations from my side will be palak patta chaat , kurkuri bhindi tacos , chicken khurchan and you cannot miss their signature sweet dish which is Rasmalai tres. I also enjoyed their jamun kaala khatta drink which was so refreshing – perfect for the wild delhi summer season
