The food here was so good! Everything tasted super fresh, especially the veggies. The place was really clean, and the staff were super friendly. I love that you can pick your own rice and sides. It’s very customizable. The food was packed with flavor and really affordable too. I highly recommend get one of their rice bowls. I also got some shrimp chips and they were delicious and they brought them to our table hit and fresh. It was amazing. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again sometime.

Great food, awesome flavors, first visit but definitely will be returning. I had a bowl with coconut white rice, fluffy and sweet, chicken sweet chili sauce. A for the toppings i added them all to see how they worked together. A fair amount was added to my bowl, all the flavors worked die to the sweet chili sauce pulling them together.

This is one of my favorite places to eat, hands down. Friendly staff, fresh food and absolutely delicious. On top of that, the owners, Sam and Cindy are amazing people who give so much back to the community. If you get a bowl, order a side Bing (thank me later).

The food here never disappoints. It’s always high quality, delicious and fresh. I’ve eaten and ordered take out from this location and the one downtown and have always been satisfied. I love the little oven that they put your takeout order in to keep it warm. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The portions are also very generous for the cost. Lots of different ways to customize. I like the bowls but their bing wraps are very yummy too. Will definitely continue to go here!

This restaurant is my 2nd favorite place in the lancaster area as a vegan. Tofu is crispy and not too oily, all of the vegan sauce options are amazing, they have the best seaweed salad out of any restaurant ive ever been too. Everything is consistent across multiple visits and everything always tastes fresh

This place is great. Food is fresh and flavorful. It is like chipotle for Asian cuisine but more authentic. You choose rice sides and flavors. If you want to be experimental you can also have styles like a burrito but instead of a tortilla it is wrapped in a Korean pancake. The people are so friendly and the restaurant is very clean with a relaxed atmosphere. Also, very affordable. For two people we spent about 24 bucks altogether.

Silantra should expand nationwide but please don’t lose the quality!!!! Wow! I loved it so much, I had to talk myself out of getting another bowl. Delicious and fresh. I really enjoyed my meal. It’s after I pretty much demolished my food, I remembered to take a pic. What do you mean I get to have seaweed and cucumber kimchi in a bowl?!!!! Happy belly, happy Mellie!!!

The food was very enjoyable. The vegetables were fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato fries were just ok. I had to wait for them but they were overly cooked. Store was clean and staff were friendly. Prices were reasonable as well.

This is one of our go-to lunch spots for a quick in-and out. If you know, you know—Silantra is one of those neighborhood gems that makes you thankful it’s close by. Every time I stop in, Sam and his family are there, quietly working hard and minding their business, just making great food the way it should be done.

The flavors are always fresh, consistent, and creative. The menu takes familiar ingredients and gives them an unforgettable twist—whether it’s their signature rolls, bowls, or the sauces that take everything to the next level. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the prep.

What I love most is the atmosphere: no frills, no drama, just a family-owned spot focused on serving great food to the community. That’s rare to find, and it shows in every bite.

Silantra isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a staple. If you’re in the area and haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on one of the hardest-working, best-kept secrets in town.
