Attentive service to our ordering including patiently answering questions and ensuring gluten free for one celiac in our party. We had carpaccio, Korean steak apps; hanger steak and spinach stuffed salmon for mains. Side of delicious mushroom risotto. And two lovely cocktails. All gluten free but still just the right amount of sauce! Really yummy. Not inexpensive but full of value. Highly recommend.

We went to Silan for a work retreat dinner. The ambience, service, cocktails and food were all exquisite. The outdoor area was just beautiful as was the restaurant itself. The owner was very involved ensuring great service and accommodation for our large group and my plant-based diet. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Amazing food and the classy pleasant atmosphere was a breath of fresh air coming from all the the other loud boisterous in your face restaurants in South Florida
They comped us 2 appetizers just because. I will definitely be back next time we come down from frigid cleveland ( hopefully soon)

Silan Fusion Kosher is a true hidden gem. My wife and I are Surfside/Harding Ave regulars, but we broke away and had an incredible meal—hands down the finest mushroom soup, a fantastic chicken dish, and the Coq au Vin (46): slow-braised chicken thigh in a rich red wine sauce with pearl onions and mushrooms over mashed potatoes. We split the rib eye and it’s an absolute must.
The service is outstanding—team-oriented, attentive, and genuinely warm. Yonatan, the owner, is friendly and personable with every guest, checking in to make sure everything is perfect and to your liking. Five-plus stars—must go, must try.

The service was incredible. Yonathan is the sweetest manager and provided great insight about the background of each dish when we asked. The food itself was mouth watering delicious. The pictures don’t do it justice, you just have to come here and try it yourself!! PS if your coming here because of the Kosher options, the Feta is beyond realistic. The presentation, the atmosphere, we 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much!

We loved this restaurant! The service was amazing, they paid attention to everything we needed right away and the food was incredible. My husbands favorite dishes were the beet carpaccio and the rib steak and my faves were the beet (vegan) carpaccio and the bao buns with Asian bbq pulled beef thing. We both LOVED the mango malabi dessert (but we love malabi in general and know not everyone is into it). Everything was delicious, staff was amazing, would definitely recommend.
