My family and I had an excellent experience here last night. The Chicken Francese and Pork Chop special were out of this world. The presentation of the food was beautiful; the chef really takes his time; the food tastes like no other. The owner, Dianne, is welcoming and gives the place a family homey feel, and the male server we had was a delight to talk to. My family and I are already discussing what to try next. I highly recommend!!

This place is a hidden gem. Found it a little while ago when I parked just passed the door. Finally made it in there. The way they do the inside with the brick walls, decor and lighting is really nice. There’s loyal customers at the bar that are classy and know the staff by name and vice versa. It’s makes me laugh because the older ladies that serve you treat like you’re one of the neighborhood kids that plays with their son or daughter and now that you are at their table, they just want to feed you. Gen y and older remembers what I mean.
The food was amazing I had gotten lamb and they do a homemade mint balsamic sauce that is amazing. Lamb was grilled medium and was on point. Sat at the bar and 3 people had ordered different pasta dishes they looked and smelled like they were amazing.
Definitely going back.

One of my new favorite restaurants! Super impressed by the prix fixe menu offered during the week. Generous portions at a great price, and everything we had was delicious. I especially loved the fried mozzarella, which was super unique and very reminiscent of the local Our Lady of Mount Carmel Feast’s fried dough. I loved the vibe of the restaurant because it felt like such a classy, old-time Waterbury restaurant that I didn’t think existed anymore. We loved our waitress Jessica, who was super friendly and more than happy to tell us about the history of the building when we asked. I’m looking forward to my next dining experience here!

This was our second time dining at Signatures. My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic experience again. We truly appreciated the attentive service provided by the staff. We ordered from the Show Nights Menu. Our meals were delicious. The pork special was served over a bed of mushroom risotto which was amazing! Signatures has quickly become one of our favorites!

Can’t say enough good things about them! The owner accommodated me on a night they were fully booked for a show at the Palace including the bar and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, everyone is so friendly, asked my first name and remembered it! The food was amazing and the espresso martini, just do it, they fresh brew the espresso! I will be back!

Hold up. We do not live here, came down from another part of the state for a show nearby. Signatures is highly rated on Google and we found out for good reason. Diane was fantastic – so sweet, and talked to us about the area and the menu with her suggestions. The calamari and beer battered mozzarella are SO GOOD. We also had the Italian margaritas. SO GOOD. For the mains we had the Pork Osso Buco special and the chicken parm. WOW. This is a diamond in an area we are not familiar with and a place that would do so well in any major city. We will be back. One of Waterbury’s VERY best restaurants IMO. I’ve been there several times and have had a 5-star experience each time. (Just don’t show up on a Palace Theater show night). Haha. My highest recommendation. I love this place!

We were in town for a show at the Palace and stopped for dinner. We didn’t realize reservations and they were full due to the proximity to the theater. The owner asked if we would mind sitting outside at he last open table it was a cool night but so glad we did. Excellent food, service and the owner was our waitress! Had a great time and would go back again..great experience!!
