Neighborhood Thai restaurant that offers excellent food, service and ambiance. Plenty of parking available, as it’s located in the far end of the plaza past the market.

Food/Drink- 5 stars
Pretty solid flavors for all the standard Thai dishes. Our favorites are usually the papaya salad, pad see ew, fried rice, penang curry, and tom yum soup. Everything is really flavorful, solid, and consistent

Service- 5 stars
The servers are always excellent here, whether it’s a takeout order or dining in. They keep the restaurant pretty clean and well decorated as well.

Bottom Line
Excellent neighborhood Thai restaurant. Excellent food, service, and easy parking.

This is the best Thai restaurant I tried in Yorba Linda. Lovely atmosphere, kind and friendly staff, amazing service and delicious food. I may have returned home, but the flavors from this Thai restaurant are still vivid in my mind. Every bite was a perfect balance of authentic spices and fresh ingredients, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of meal you keep thinking about long after it’s over — and I can’t wait for the day I get to experience it again.

We wanted Thai food and chose this restaurant because they serve Khao Soi. I had khao soi when I went to Chiang Mai and it immediately became one of my favorite Thai dishes. The khao soi here was delicious but felt like the broth can still have a deeper flavor. Serving was huge, we took the rest to-go and I still had 2 meals with it.

The garlic edame was delicious too but my favorite was the papaya salad. It was tangy, the papaya and carrots had a good crunch and it was seasoned very well. Thai iced tea was also delicious.

Service was quick and friendly. Ambience was comfy and quiet. Will be back to try more dishes if we’re in the area.

The orange chicken at this thai restaurant was a little bit ok. One thing I did not like is that there was 2 small hairs 1 inch and 2 inches stuck in the chicken. . The Thai ice tea was ok. The thing I liked the most from here was the chile sauce! the red chile sauce was excellent! That is the best thing I liked from here. The hot sauce!. . This is one of the best hot sauces I have tasted. I am not a big fan of a lot of red hot sauce. I mostly like green hot sauce. But there is a lot of green hot sauce that I am not a big fan of too but i still eat that are ok. I noticed many restaurants make their hot sauce different and unique. I loved the hot sauce from here. . I hope they can be a little bit more careful with their cooking and hairs falling for other customers.. I appreciate the service here. Thank you.

Honestly, this place hit it out of the park! Sweet and sour pork, cashew chicken, and red curry shrimp and scallops were all delicious. Service was above great, let’s say outstanding! Ordered the Thai lager beer and the server not only kept returning to top off my glass with the table side bottle, but also brought out a bucket of ice to hold our beers in until we went to pour them again. Wonderful experience for the first time with family. Will definitely be back. Almost forgot, some of the top tier best fried rice I’ve ever had, well balanced flavors in every bite and seasoned well.

I used to visit this Thai restaurant earlier, when it was Supatra’s Thai. Was in the area yesterday, and decided to get dinner. A couple of things have changed – the name, and the refreshed new look. And it looks lovely now. What hasn’t changed is the warm hospitality, the quick service and the delicious food!! Very happy to see that.
Ordered food without any fish sauce and/or animal products (I’m a vegetarian), and they were able to make it for me, and it was really good!! Vegetarians and vegans will especially love it!! I ordered the Spring rolls, Spicy Eggplant, Drunken noodles and ofc the Sticky rice with mango. Definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, and last night we decided to try Signature Thai Bistro. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra’s, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership.

We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating.

Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife’s dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free.

Here’s what we ordered:

Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors.

Summer Rolls: My wife loved them–fresh and perfectly prepared.

Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing.

Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal.

String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning.

Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn’t meet my expectations and is one we wouldn’t recommend.

Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness.

We highly recommend Signature Thai Bistro for its delicious offerings and top-notch service.

My parents and I decided to start something new this new year and that is to try out the restaurants in the vicinity of where we live. We were pleasantly surprised with Signature Thai Bistro. Their food was delicious and their portions were just right. We each ordered a dish to share and we had some leftover from 2 of the 3 dishes we got for next day’s lunch. They’ve got clothed napkins which is something my dad really appreciates nowadays at a restaurant. Their service was warm and considerate. To finish it off, we got a dessert which didn’t come short to the rest of the meal.
