Une expérience culinaire intéressante: les plats très travaillés se déclinent en plusieurs formules avec où sans explications selon votre choix, à vous de deviner ce qu’il y a dans votre assiette! C’est très bon, c’est surprenant, c’est agréable !

Très belle expérience dans ce restaurant. Le service au top avec chaque membre du personnel qui connaît la partition sur le bout des doigts. Un forfait vin d exception presque sans fautes. La succession des plats du menu 6 services était parfaite tant au niveau d l exécution que des saveurs avec des éléments pertinents dans les différents plats sans être superflus.
