I went here on the day for lunch, if anyone knows this place you know the heat was no joke. I could hardly wait to leave. The food was decent and the service was good. I would return but probably on a rainy day or way into the night. This definitely needs an AC area. The heat was so bad that my eyes started running water.

My husband and I had dinner at SoSo Seafood in Kingston on Monday night, and it was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in Jamaica in years!
As a Jamaican, I always thought the best seafood was only at Hellshire Beach or Gloria’s, but SoSo Seafood definitely deserves to be in that league. The Coconut Escovitch Fish was out of this world — the best I’ve ever had. My husband and I were literally fighting over it!
The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. Special shout-out to Kenardo, who made the entire experience exceptional. His recommendations were on point, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. 5 Starts across the board!

I had the brown stew parrot fish and it came with bammies. The fish did a gwaan with itself with the flavor. However, I wasnt a fan of the fried bammies. On the plus side, the service was good. What really stood out was the thoughtful touch of providing a bowl of warm water and wipes to clean my hands – such a refreshing and unique experience! The prices were also very reasonable making it a great value for the quality and service.
