A photogenic spot for bubbles in downtown Sonoma! I’ve had this spot bookmarked for quite some time, and had a lovely first experience.
Located just steps from Sonoma Plaza, there is street parking all around, but we took the complimentary shuttle from our hotel which is very convenient for a day of sipping bubbles. SIGH does not take reservations (first come, first served) but we had no trouble snagging a prime spot at the bar on a Friday afternoon. Morgynne was our server and super knowledgeable, giving detailed descriptions of wines we tried, and was patient with us, taking our sweet time enjoying our glasses and documenting our visit.
I had the Champagne Flight ($35) and the #YEShusband had the Rosé Flight ($25). The Champagne flight included pours of: Champagne G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Brut, Champagne Monthuys Brut, and Champagne Château de Bligny Grande Réserve. The Rosé flight included pours of: Cuvée Françoise, Langlois Brut Rosé, and Lucien Albrecht Brut Rosé. We also ordered some additional post-flight glasses of the Schramsberg Mirabelle Blanc de Blancs and Lucien Albrecht Brut Rosé to cap off our time at SIGH.
Everything about SIGH is top notch: from the selection of bubbles ranging from California noteables to European standouts, to the curated decor and vibes, this is a must stop when you’re in Sonoma. Thank you to Morgynne and the whole SIGH team for a memorable visit-we will definitely be back!

This place is a MUST VISIT! Our first visit to Sonoma and it was recommended to us. Shelby Sumers was a fantastic Bubbletender. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fun! The flights are excellent, but I really loved the Froze with the wine top off. Trust me, it’s awesome! If you love Champagne and Rose you’ll love this place.

Unique and instagramable decor. Fantastic list of bubbles and the perfect amount of service that provided education without hovering. We had the opportunity to taste champagnes which are hard to find and from notable and distinguished champagne houses. They have some of the top brands which made this a truly a one of a kind experience!

The champagne was so-so. They have champagne smoothies and flights as well. The service was fine but not enthused. The decor screams girls trip or bridal shower. There are bottlecaps in the acrylic tables and on the bathroom walls. Bathroom signage about leaky pipes.

Wine flight and charcuterie was good. There were only 2 other parties in the place when we arrive. But we were ignored the whole time by the woman host. A marathon/run just finished and the woman host spent our whole time talking to 1 group. My friend and I were excited to try out a tasting room dedicated to champagne but the only thing this place has going for it is that it’s cute inside. I could never recommend to anyone and never seeing myself going back. Maybe you’ll have an experience like the group that got all the service, go at your own risk!

Whenever you are in Sonoma, don’t miss this absolutely gorgeous place. Everything is about sparkling here – design, people, wines, everything! We ordered Gloria sparkling with caviar and that was soooo good.

Elegant spot to enjoy some bubbly! We both did a Signature tasting plus an additional glass. The space was both elegant and relaxing with attentive staff. We used it as a pre dinner spot, but I’m sure it would work for anytime. The focus here is on champagne & and sparkling wines, so snacks are limited to a charcuterie, caviar, and some chips. A very nice way to let time drift by while you enjoy some bubbly with friends.

Customer service- 3 as small as this place is, a tad more attentive and dash of personality could be of service, especially since their Air conditioning was out and it was unseasonably warm out.
Cleanliness- 4 stars
Sipping experience- 4 stars
Cheese boards- 5 stars
Decor- 5 stars. Chic, clean lines, with a posh feel. Feels like a champagne room in my native Manhattan and those on the Eastcoast.
Ambiance- 5 stars bc it’s great for a girls day out, which we were out doing. A little people watching can occur.
Has the potential to be an amazing place with a little fine tuning.
